I was recommended to go to Leighton by a family member. The service I received was excellent. The care and attention paid to me by John at the cobham branch was second to none. I was fitted with my hearing aids and the difference in my hearing is amazing. The aids were worth every penny.

I love the new premises, so bright and relaxing. Staff as always friendly and helpful. Services provided by the company are both helpful and excellent.

I recently had a hearing consultation with John at Cobham. He was extremely professional and friendly, explaining the improvements in hearing aid technology over my old current aids and ensuring that I was able to make an informed choice in choosing new aids. I've had them for a week now and the improvement is remarkable. Overall, the whole experience was reassuring, courteous and even enjoyable! Excellent service.

Although I had an excellent hearing consultant Four times I had to call a halt to my hearing test as the sound of people talking in the reception area was drowning out the test sounds.
It is appalling that the room in which a lifr changing hearing test is held in not soundproofed. This can result in an incorrect hearing analysis and is therefore a very poor quality experience.

I was impressed with the calm attitude with members of the team when they told me I had an issue with my eyes. I was referred and contacted quickly by a specialist who sorted the problem and complimented Leighton's on their diagnosis and accurate and clear imaging.

Sheena is very helpful and caring, will listen to my concerns and do all in her power to rectify them. Thank you Sheena.
