Leightons - Simply Outstanding!
Leightons in Fleet Hampshire were absolutely amazing from booking to the exam itself. I had to make an emergency appointment for my daughter, the receptionist was incredibly empathetic kind and friendly. Such a rare thing to experience sadly these days but we were made to feel very welcome very cared for and not rushed at all. The receptionist in particular went out of her way to treat us with the kindest manner and what I can only describe as real depth of feeling and she clearly has a huge heart. The optometrist was also extremely patient, and kind and did not rush us at all. She explained every part of the process and took so much time to understand everything my daughter had been experiencing. We had prior experience of a high St optician which was abysmal by comparison. We will now go nowhere else.

Emergency appointment at Leightons, Fleet
I booked an emergency appointment at Leightons after experiencing a sudden appearance of 'floaters' and 'flashes' in my left eye. They were able to set up an examination on the day I phoned. Scans of my eyes were taken and Ravdeep the optician conducted a thorough check of my eyesight performance and the photographic scans. She established there were no signs of retina detachment and assured me that there was no evidence of a major problem. I was impressed by the care and attention given by the receptionist and by Ravdeep.

Very thorough eye test. Paid for health care plan so had hearing test too. Helpful friendly staff. Fast service. Unfortunately had to wait for my sunglasses as there was a problem with them. Very happy once I received them.

Leightons in Fleet are so welcoming
Leightons in Fleet are so welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. My kids and I have been going there for 6 years now and they have Autism and ADHD. The staff are wonderful with them and I can’t thank them enough. They have really taken care of us as a family and are all great at what they do. It’s the best opticians I’ve ever been too.

Excellent care from Fleet Leightons Team

Fabulous staff and service
We went in to make hearing appointments and Philomena was just a delight. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly enjoying her job. It was a simple visit but Philomena's warmth and attitude meant that we came away with a smile - and you can't ask for more than that.
