Undoubtedly an excellently effective treatment at Leightons.
I had poor hearing due to a build-up of ear wax and went to Leightons to have it removed. The specialist Elenor was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she skilled with the equipment, she was thorough, careful, gentle and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The treatment was totally effective and I absolutely recommend Leightons for this procedure and am very grateful to Elenor for her attitude and expertise.

Exceptional customer service
Albert has provided exceptional customer service. I’m autistic with significant sensory issues behind my ears, he spent time ensuring my new glasses were fitted properly and not aggravating the sensory sensitivities. Went above and beyond - thank you so much for all your help!

Just had my annual sight test with Rupinder. Very satisfied with the excellent standard of care and attention. I have been a customer for 30 years and will continue to do so.

A pleasant experience buying new glasses
I was early to my appointment but was made welcome with a cup of tea. My examination by Aruna was thorough and my results were explained fully to me in a friendly way.
The fitting measurements and choice of frames were carried out very professionally by Albert and we had a pleasant, easy chat during the process. Everyone during the appointment were very friendly and helpful.
I look forward to returning to collect my glasses soon.

First time having wax removed from my…
First time having wax removed from my ears!! Didn’t know what to expect but it was much easier than I anticipated. Years of wax build up…I left after about 30 minutes feeling like a new person😀. Hearing is 100% better.
Elenor was so lovely. She explained the process beforehand and put me at ease straight away.
Would definitely recommend Leightons if you need this service. And don’t use earbuds!!

!st time there and Emily was professional, clear and friendly. Made the registering and booking so simple. With service like that, it puts people at ease. Elenor was great with the procedure. I had a problem with blocked ears
I had a problem with blocked ears, great pain, so I went to ask for help. The lady at the registration desk was very nice and helpful. I visited Elena in Reading, absolutely perfect approach to the patient, assistance offered and explanation of the problem. I absolutely recommend the service and assistance at Leightons Reading if anyone has problems with their ears Lukasz

Broken glasses repaired!
We made a last minute appointment to get my daughter’s glasses repaired, ready for school the next day. The timing offered was flexible. We saw Albert in the Reading branch who was fantastic! Great customer service and really engaged with my daughter. Also expertly fixed her glasses back to new.
