Excellent service of Kevin@Leightons
I am a tourist her and i sat on my glasses the other night and they became degormed such that i saw two images with them. This morning, I went in your shop and was so grateful that Kevin was so polite and helpful in helping me fix my glasses. He had excellent customer service. I do appreciate a lot indeed. Many thanks!

This was the best experience I’ve had at an opticians. The staff were friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Kiran was excellent and very helpful in explaining the tests and my results. I have not previously had my results and particular needs explained so this was excellent. Suggestions were made based on my specific preferences and job, which made this experience feel very tailored rather than a general recommendation.

I purchased new glasses at this branch
I purchased new glasses at this branch. I was helped in my choice of frames by the very helpful and cheerful Suzanne. I was guided in my choice of lenses for my varifocal glasses by Julie, who was very knowledgeable and explained all the options available. The store is modern with helpful and efficient staff.
