Always such great customer service from What Leila Loves. Sadly I had to return some items as they were too big and used Royal Mail 48hr tracked service. There were problems with the parcel being delivered but when I contacted Ella at Customer Service she was great at sorting out the problem and ensured that I got my refund. This is just one example as to how the company goes above and beyond lots of other retailers.

It’s a great one size fits all crochet tunic. I’m a size 18 and there’s still plenty of room in it. It is a gorgeous soft wool that I know I will be wearing a lot. The quality is excellent as always. Leila does such an excellent job of showcasing her pieces. I’m never disappointed.
