The manager at the Downham leisure centre reception is amazing. Goes above and beyond for every customer ive seen, including myself and is very knowledgeable. Hes an asset to the company. Definitely needs a raise.

Yannic was really helpful and organised, managing a lot of different clients needs at the same time, including a school team class. Also had an induction with Miow who was very friendly and informative
