After 2 months of talking to an AI that kept sending the same answer: were busy, please wait.
I received an email with a tracking number and link that did not work. (link did not go to a tracking page, but a self made page on the website's domain with a text field and a non functioning "button")
After that I got a screenshot of a tracking page to "prove" that the item was sent. However this had the ChatGPT logo and brand still in the screenshot.
Then I started a procedure with paypal to get my money back. (again this was after 2 months of waiting)
The next day I recieved an email telling me they would like me to drop the case.
The site lists them as being located in London but the communcation all came from China and the Underlying email was a gmail account with random assortment of letters and numbers.
It seems the tactic here is to delay long enough to not be able to refund your money.

Suddenly after a week I did finally recieve my package.
Going to see if all the other reviews here are right about it having terrible instructions.

Parts missing. Instructions terrible. Cheap. Tedious process. The exact opposite of what makes building LEGOs fun.

Too long delivery time. Over a month. But the product is excellent and as expected

The tracking number never worked.
Light kits came with no instructions. The instructions that I found on the website are very hard to follow. Kits from other are clearer and more detailed.
The quality of the lights are even with other light kits I have bought.

I've bought two light kits here. The Boutique Hotel and Jazz club. Both kits were complete and worked.
It was quite some work to install all the lights, but the manual on the website was very clear.
We did notice the two strings around the sign of the Jazz club wasn't the same color. One was more yellow and one far more white. We've contacted the company and they offered to send a new one, but we're still waiting for that to arrive...
We have installed the strings differently than the manual because when you put the string upside down it gave the right color.

Nice surprise, we got two extra streetlights and an hub at the order.
The shipment wasn't that fast, but they mention that also on the website.

I really enjoyed the outcome of the light kit. They really brought my sets to life and I don’t want to turn them off. The picture instructions were nice but I wish they had a brief description on some of them. My one critique is that the remotes are connect to each other so it’s a little bit of a process to turn them off.

Quick delivery and as expected. Very thin cables, I broke one cable during the routing under the bricks. Anyway the result are awesone, visual effect is very nice.

It has been over a month of purchase and I have not received any items.

Wonderful products! Easy to use and adds a special touch to Lego sets

The enlightening of my Lego set looks amazing! Though the installation was not easy, the result is great! And they have a very good customer service (fast shipping and always prepared to help).
Unfortunately some of the adhesive strips and lighting comes loose, even after a short time. So not good if you intend to move the set now and then ...

J’ai commandé Le 24 décembre et à ce jour je n’ai toujours rien reçu. C’est en me plaignant le 20 janvier qu’ils ont finalement envoyé la commande qui vient de Chine et est toujours en transit. Franchement ça commence bien ..
Commande envoyée après ma plainte le 22 janvier et réceptionnée le 12 février. Donc après deux mois et une plainte!

led kit for lego recommended easy to assemble

Bereits mein zweiter Lego - Kit - Diesmal schon aufwendiger - leider hatte ich bei der Montage einen Kontakt beleidigt - nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde dies mit einem perfekten Mailverkehr - Bilder - usw. gelöst. Das beschädigte Teil nachgeliefert - jetzt funktioniert alles

The product is great....only having a video to follow along with for the Tower Bridge Lego Kit made it more difficult. It also didn't come with as many lights as were in the video I watched.

We LOVE The classic RC Eiffel Tower lights...and the Red Phone Box is good too....
