Ordered printer cartridges. Received toner cartridges. Tried repeatedly to contact the company. NO reply.

I did not get what was shown in the online picture. I intentionally wanted the older version of the ink. I sent an email over a week ago and have not got a response.

The shop app shows the ink was delivered. After I saw that, I checked my front porch & the mail box.... still no ink

The ink works well in my Epson WF-7840. I have had problems with remanufactured ink cartridges in the past. Very glad to find a vendor with ink that works.

Have only tried the magenta color, but printed pages have the magenta color smeared across the border and edge of one side of the page. Wasn’t having this problem before I replaced the cartridge with the one purchase from Lemero.

The Lemero website made it easy to find the exact printer cartridges that I needed. The price was also very competitive. Shipping didn't take long and the cartridges are working great. I am very pleased with the quality of the overall transaction.

Lemero makes the only ink cartridges that I have found that work in my old HP printer/scanner. I really appreciate the easy ordering and delivery. Thank you!

Contacted the company several times about their toner not being compatible with an Epson printer. Their automated reply asks for a lot of information and when you try to send that information it is sent to an unmanned email address. NO RESPONSE from Luna at Lemero cust service.!

unresponsive. promised return instructions on a duplicate order, then ignored me.

A reputable product at a great price compared to OE Toner.

The product is fine, but the initial order was only half filled, so had to contact the company to send the second half.

We ordered and paid for 2 boxes of the replacement ink cartridges for the canon 245XL 246XL, we only received one box! Please send the other box or defund our card for the one that was not sent.
