Great experience. Shoes arrived quickly, fit perfectly, and matched the description. Smooth ordering process and no issues at all. Would definitely buy here again.

Extremely comfortable shoes, and very responsive and helpful support.

Customer support is next level: patient, offering suggestions around fit and sizing, simple exchange (actually, return and buying again), occasional free shipping and discounts. With free returns they may attract even more customers and sell more shoes (we could take two sizes and return one, like Lems U.S.). The quality of shoes seems good (haven't had them long enough to thoroughly assess), but they are quite pricey. If they are durable, though, it's not an issue.

Quick delivery for shoes that are amazing if you have Morton's syndrome or otherwise a need for a wide toebox

They are certainly among the most comfortable shoes you can find. Lems definitely belongs to our favourite brands.

I wasn't sure about the size to choose, so I wrote an email to ask for some advice with the measurment of my feet and I got within not more than an hour a replay. I trusted it and bought my lems shoes online and they fit perfectly to my feet. I am very happy with the support I got. And I am very happy the manufacture of these lems shoes. Easy to put on, large enouhg for all my toes, just perfect. Thank you ❤️

J’adore mes boots Chelsea waterproof pour leur confort, leur souplesse et leur robustesse. Je marche et je monte à cheval avec. Elle se sont patiné avec l’usage et sont très belles. Vraiment des boots barefoot que je recommande. Le prix est justifié par la qualité.

I own two pairs of Lemsshoes (primal 3, and primal zen), and I am very happy with them. I wear them pratically all year long, and my feet stay very comfy.

Ive been using lems for about 5 years and i can confidently say that they are the best shoe brand ive ever owned. The construction quality is good, materials are top and i love the boot designs. Also, waterproof options are great for winter and rain. They are really waterproof.

My feet has been living in to narrow shoes all my life and there has been few alternatives of spaceious shoes, size 14.

I ordered shoes which I had to return because they run about one size smaller compared to other European brands (size 42 felt closer to a 41).

I returned the shoes more than three weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund. I also had to pay the return shipping myself.

What frustrates me most is that I am currently out of pocket for both the product and the return, with no refund received so far. Communication was quick and responsive before the return but stopped completely afterwards.

The lack of response and the long delay are now making me concerned about whether I will receive my refund at all.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.

Update: I have since received my refund, but only after significant pressure and more than three weeks after returning the shoes. I also had to bear the return shipping costs myself, despite the shoes running significantly smaller than stated.

To be fair: the company did reply quickly to emails. However, after I returned the shoes, all communication stopped – no updates, no status on my refund, nothing. Only when I followed up did I receive a quick reply again – but with nothing more than: "we have not received your return yet" and "when we do we will credit it."

In the same email, the company then wrote: "Please consider removing the Trustpilot review as it is not true, as we have replied to every email you sent promptly, and then I can credit you before we receive the shoes back."

So: first, unable to refund without receiving the shoes in Denmark. Then, suddenly able to refund early – but only if the review was removed. I declined. The refund eventually came – but only after I set a deadline and applied significant pressure. Their public reply to this review does not mention any of this.

die Trail Schuhe sehr bequem und die Lieferung prompt. Einziger minus Punkt sind die Schnürsenkel, die wenn man alle Ösen nützt, zu kurz sind. An der falschen Ecke gespart.

Snabbt och trevligt bemötande! Enkelt att returnera om man var tvungen!

Skorna blev nya favoriterna, smidigt att beställa och få hem dem.
