The customer service is excellent. The one area i have initially struggled with is their video tutorials which i think deliver the content too fast and a little sporadic. However, i used the Ai chat to query something and the response was accurate and followed quickly by customer support. The following morning Kseniya reached out with no prompting, with a personal response after looking at my portfolio and provided a sample scenario, which explains beutifully.
In a world where frustration with chatbots and the inability to talk with human beings is becoming increasingly commonplace, i can honestly say that i am extremely impressed.
Thay also provide paid users with additional support, allowing the booking of a video call to run through queries.
Regarding the platform itself, i still have a lot to process and at times the amount of information looks a little overwhelming, all be it very comprehensive. From watching some of their webinars, the one thing that becomes clear is Lendlord's intention and passion to continually improve the user experience and services.
Moving forwards, i would love to see MTD integration with a simple process like "Provestor" has, where management statements can be uploaded and the income and expenses automatically accurately for quarterly bookeeping submissions with HMRC.
In short, excellent sevice, unbelievable value for money and a one stop shop for many property investor needs!

We have variable deadlines between one week to 4 weeks and on every occasion, they have met with the deadline successfully. Accessible people and prompt response times from start to finish with all matter of queries. Also, reviewed our interest rate part way through and were able to get a revised mortgage offer towards the end of the process with a lower mortgage interest rate.

Used the website for a few months. Nothing special. I avoided their bridging loan - I'm not paying £8k to borrow £40k.

Then the annual auto-renew comes up. No warning email. That's behaviour straight from crappy dating websites. And no reply from customer support.

BEWARE, cancel your membership renewal, and AVOID companies with such business practices.
