I’ve had a very positive experience using GetGround for my property investment needs. What stands out most is how responsive their team is every query I’ve had has been handled promptly and professionally, which makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with time-sensitive matters.

They really position themselves as a one-stop shop, and in my experience, they live up to that. From setting up structures to ongoing accounting and compliance, everything is streamlined in one place, which saves a lot of time and removes the usual hassle of coordinating between different providers.

Overall, I’d recommend GetGround to anyone looking for an efficient, reliable platform to manage property investments, especially if you value quick support and an all-in-one solution.

Getground can prepared everything for me. The only thing I need to do is upload all the necessary documents.

Recent joiner switching from a previous accountant but very happy with how Asya and the rest of the team have onboarded me. Website and dashboards look good to consolidate everything too.

Terrible company, take the money, you ask them for help, they send you links to their site that do not even work.
Then i ask how to pay my corporation tax, never done this before I need help. The person Russel who I was emailing was no help at all. Oh and still not resolved and we need to pay corporation tax in 9 days!!!
Accounting we asked how we could take money tax free. They told us the wrong thing, disgraceful. So our full accounts had to be done again after we are argued about it and then they said we should have withdraw it a different way. Wow great service, its like they do not know what they are doing.
Do not waste your money on this company.

They don't reply to emails, they haven't done my company accounts even though I was paying.

Get left / Get grounded ! / no info no help / They don't respond - no phone numbers no contacts to be made - this business is faceless email only impossible to speak with they did nothing to help.

What made the whole process so easy was Harry’s communication — always responsive, always clear, and never leaving you wondering what was happening next. You could tell he genuinely wanted to get the best result for us, not just tick a box. It felt personal, not transactional. GetGround have built something really impressive, and having someone like Harry representing them makes all the difference. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Dashboard is simple and effective to use, but also the functionality is user friendly. The best part is the support in place. I always receive a response within 1-2 hrs on any query and thats fantastic customer service in my opinion!
