Lendology have been super helpful and very informative they have great communication and I am very happy with their service.

Lendology were really helpful and made the process as easy as possible. Even when circumstances changed, they were on hand to help me find a solution. It did take a couple of years to finally get the loan but this was due to delays with Bristol City Council and not Lendology. I was able to get a loan against a property and don't have to repay it until the property is sold, which has allowed me time and money to renovate the property. Highly recommend.

Great scheme that helped me with a low cost loan for replacing a window and door that has made my home significantly warmer just in time for winter; flexible repayment terms depending on financial circumstances with no extra fees. Fantastic service with brilliant staff, wish I had known about them sooner! Thank you!

Very helpful for essential work
Without their financial help - replacing a failed septic tank with a treatment plant -I would have struggled as the work involved great disruption inside the house as well as outside. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process

I approached Lendology during lockdown for a £20k loan to redo my kitchen as part of a much larger renovation. Even under the unusually trying circumstances, they were a pleasure to deal with - agreed the loan with the minimum of paperwork etc and allowed me to draw down as I needed with no quibbles.
I now am the owner of a stunning new kitchen - part of an amazing open-plan rebuild and even the building inspector from the Council said "wow"! I am paying Lendology back interest + capital with the flexibility to adjust that ratio as payment progresses which suits me perfectly. I cannot recommend Lendology highly enough and want to thank their whole team for their kindness and personal interest they took in my project.

Lendology supported our family when my son need a wet room and bedroom installed. The loan is at a low rate and was organised in a considerate way. The staff were supportive, understanding and worked hard to help us.

I have to admit in a cynical world this loan service seemed too good to be true. I kept thinking “where’s the catch?” But there isn’t one. This service is true to it’s word. The person I dealt with was kind and reassuring.

The customer care and customer interaction have been amazing. Without the loan facility from Lendology I would not have been able to carryout the structual repairs to my home and tackle the wide spread rising damp too.

After a long drawn out court case having been horrifically and permanently injured during the course of my job which I had held for 10 years, I was then thrown on the scrapyard of the unemployable. The chronically agonising pain & nerve damage I was left with rendered me unemployable. I was given disability benefit which was an absolute pittance considering I was in that situation through no fault of my own. Many years later and ending up at food banks, I was told about Lendology and they have been an absolute lifeline to me and even more so because of the incredible lovely & patient staff they employ. They have helped me out no fewer than 4 times with loans I have desperately needed to keep my house in order. I pay a small amount monthly over about ten years and the interest is very low. Because of them I have been able to keep my garden secure, my heating system running, my electrical system updated and a window (that was letting in artic winds!) replaced. I am forever in their debt. I dont know what I would have done without them. Lendology were my Guardian Angels and saved my home and my sanity. And without wishing to embarrass anyone, I would like to say my heartfelt thanks to the incredible member of staff with the initials EL. Bless you.

Just exceptional from start to finish. Really friendly and provided very good advice. Made the process with the local authority straightforward and easy. Payment came through straight to my contractor which was brilliant for both them and me. Highly recommend .
