The battery arrived dead as a door


The battery arrived dead as a door nail. I tested it with a voltmeter and the voltage is 0. It will not charge in my computer. I am not happy. I would like a refund or a battery that will hold a charge.

The battery charged up to 100% but my


NEW INFO - Lenovo asked for this information so they can help me.

I don't see Serial # on the battery but it might be - 2ICP6/55/90.

The battery charged up to 100% but my laptop would shut down immediately when I unplugged it. I put my old battery back in and it works like it is supposed to. I would try to get my money back, but after reading about other people's experiences I am not even going to try.

The battery did not work as expected

The battery you sent me was not recognized by my Lenovo Thinkpad x270. The battery settings page continued to say “0%” even after charging for 24 hours. I took your battery out and the original Lenovo part back in and it was recognized in the settings.

We were a little worried as the Lenovo


We were a little worried as the Lenovo laptop we have FLex-14 seems to be hard to find a decent battery for. We had just last year replaced it with a different vendor and that battery was...well just crap. My son followed the directions and the provided tools were great, next day after charging and she is at 99%. So two thumbs up, thank you.

Bad battery upon arrival

Same experience as ray velez. DOA battery and no communication from the company several days after reaching out to them first for assistance and then a few days later for an RMA. Would just like someone to get back to us so we can get a working battery or a refund.

Wrong batt dimensions and no refund

The battery I ordered had wrong dimensions. When I requested a return, the support fed me with 'tomorrow' and 'soon' but had never arranged the return and did not provide the refund.
Look elsewhere.

the battery life is absolutely horrible

the battery life is absolutely horrible. It should last much longer. I put the computer away for a short period of time and the battery is completely drained. Very surprised at the reply i received from their customer service. Would not recommend, just buy original Lenovo

Unacceptable Customer Service from Lenovobatt.com

Received two separate batteries from Lenovobatt.com and neither worked in my computer. Verified correct battery requested and they concurred part number was correct. Asked for a refund in February 2023. To date, no refund/no return shipping address and no more response from lenovobatt.com. Appears they stopped communicating with me. Filed complaint about lenobatt.com with Paypal in an effort to help resolve my refund concern.

Battery is not UL certified as advertised.

The battery is advertised as being UL certified. It is not as evidenced by the lack of a UL certification mark which is required by UL. I wasn't willing to risk an what could be a safety issue. On the good side the battery matched physically the model I was replacing and the shipping was very fast.

Battery doesn't charge

I received the battery, but it didn't charge at all.
I asked for replacement, but the transport company didn't deliver it.
Now I try to get my refund for a long time, but they don't want to get it back to me. I will change my review if i get my money back.

This battery was very well packaged

This battery was very well packaged. Arrived by the time it was promised. Installed it in my Lenovo Ideapad-IWL15 laptop. After resetting the battery sensor it was recognized and currently charging up, now at 92.5%. It has a slightly higher capacity than the original. State of charge when received was a little higher than 50% and that is the recommended value for shipping Li-ion batteries.

Battery caused laptop to shutdown suddenly without warning. Original battery does not have this problem so I had to put the original back in. There has been no response to my request for an RMA in several weeks.

It was a pretty simple process finding
