I have to ask why does Google let thieves like lensevo advertise on their website, they stole from me and probably a lot of other people afraid to admit it, I personally will never trust any other sellers on their website

This product is not suitable for all as claimed. I requested a refund two months ago and have been ignored. I should have read Trust Pilot before I ordered.

Huge hype in the marketing of these glasses, what actually arrived were really poor quality glasses that sat crookedly on the face and did not improve vision in any way. In fact they made vision worse. Tried to send them back and the link showed an error page. I felt this was a scam

Ordered ultravision glasses at 2for1 at£29.99. 11 days later 2 pairs of these ultravision glasses arrived and we were so underwhelmed with what had arrived. They were flimsy plastic, when put on the only thing i can say is that £2 reading glasses from tesco are far superior than what we received,as far as seeing clearly near and far is an obvious lie as these were only clear at about 6inches after that things were blurred. I do not wear glasses but got them for my wife and daughter they both said send them back for a refund but this never goes well with a company from another country from the east.
Very disgruntled customer.

Just tried to fill in this companies refund form, absolutely ridiculous.
The "glasses" came with no paperwork so all I had was an order number which they supplied in an email. I wonder if this is to make it harder to return items.!!
I have also let them know that my next step is to inform Trading Standards about their products.

Absolutely rubbish you can by better quality glasses at poundland.

I am begging you all don't buy rubbish glasses from the company. Their products are nonsense and don't worth buying. Tesco, Specsaver here in the UK sell better and cheaper products.
Their products are very poor quality
I have been waiting for a full refund from them for a product that's not good for my sight over 7/8 weeks now, but they have stopped communicating with me.
I have completed online RETURN FORM from their site with proofs of their useless glasses to be returned.
Very poor quality products.

Customer service terrible they offer refund or 50% off as you have to pay for return to Asia. Once you have decided which method you never hear back from them in my opinion it’s a scam.

Yes you can get your money back, but it'll cost you as much or more in postage as their policy states purchaser is responsible for costs...... Back to China

This is a total scam,do not order,they bombard you with emails with additional offers after you order but never send any items,they send you false tracking information. DO NOT FALL for this scam

I can't believe in this day and age companies like this can take your money & not send you the goods you ordered. I am extremely dissapointed I don't expect to recieve anything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FIRM. (Order number 18270)

Absolute Scam this is!
I ordered a pair of glasses on the 3rd of Feb 2026 (order #17894) based on very appealing online advertisement.
I was horrified when I got the parcel as the package was ridiculously cheap for a French product I thought I paid for and the pair of glasses sent out were absolutely useless as I couldn't see anything with them.
I reached out to Lensevo to express my disappointment; I later got an email that advised that I either get 50% refund and keep the glasses or I return it to their factory in Asia in the original package if I want 100% refund. I asked for 50% refund because I destroyed the package already. I got no refund and all my emails were not responded to till now. I wish I had read earlier reviews. It is a terrible scam.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses received none, I can't believe it fell for this scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUSTERS. No tracking details that actually work, I will be reporting this to trading standards. NEVER AGAIN!!

Please do not buy glasses are not fit for purpose they certainly don’t do what they advertise.

I requested a refund and like other reviews have been offered 50% back and keep the unusable glasses. If I continue to pursue for full refund I have to pay to get them shipped back to Asia and wait for inspection and if they agree wait another 14 days for refund absolute joke.

Received 4 pairs ofLensEVO spectacles this morning (ordered 2 Sports pairs in error), & tried all pairs. Absolutely useless for general daily use. Certainly not usable for driving. 'Should've went Specsavers' 82 years & stitched up.

That star to me means _10. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. The glasses are completely fake. I emailed the company 2 weeks ago for a refund. I opted to accept 50% refund but since then have had no communication from them. The customer service is disgusting. I don't understand how they can still operate as a company.

Habe einen Vorschlag erhalten, 50% erstattet bekomme. Es wurde festgestellt, das die Bestellten Brillen von mir nicht genutzt werden können. Seit Wochen keine Reaktion und auch keine Rückzahlung. Auch ist nur e-mail Kontakt möglich. Eine Telefonnummer ist nicht zu finden.
