Lensevo

Had to give it 1 star, wouldn't give it 1 star, same problems as others, glasses not multifocal, cannot use, return won't finalise last page, Lily has sent it forward several times for me apparently, nothing, no money back and unusable glasses

Don't buy from this company, it's a scam...the products are not fit for purpose, i'm out of money, they have no return policy

Arrived last week ,absolute rubbish.I have emailed them 3 times with no reply.I have now started a chargeback with my bank .

I recently bought four pairs of these glasses. It took ages before they were delivered. They are absolutely useless as can only be used as reading glasses.Have filled out a complicated return form and have heard nothing since. Its impossible to take a photo of the distance vision with a mobile phone,as requested.A real rip off.Am considering complaining to trading standards.Don't but these!

I have had these glasses for only two weeks and they are so flimsy they are falling apart

The glasses are completely rubbish, the company are diabolical to deal with, can't see through the glasses, the company won't send a returns label, so I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, had to get my money back from the bank on a charge back.

The glasses themselves were of the very poorest quality I have ever come across and the lenses were just as bad. Do not buy, they aren’t worth it!

I am short sighted , yet my vision was better without the glasses than with , absolute con , having read other revues i dont think its worth trying for a full refund .

20 jours cde passé 48h pour encaisser toujours pas de numéro de cde ou de suivie malgres toutes mes relances des Escrots faites attention cite a banir

Really bad experience. Glasses did not work as described. Completely false advertising. Dangerous to use for driving. Customer service is very bad. Promised a refund, then had to fill in online form which did not work. Promised management would review and get back to me immediately, heard nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS.

scammer. Don't bye anything from them.
No refund.
S O B.

What a waste of money completely garbage , I can't see a thing , I've passed them to 20 people who where glasses not one person could see through them , I should have read the reviews it's a shame that the only way a foreign company can make money is through lies , deception ,an thievery kiddy glasses pretending to to be for adults put coins over your eyes bet you can see better , AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Keep your money , shame on you lensevo 💩💩💩

Delivery was awful by inpost and Lensevo didn't reply to my need for help with delivery problems, but eventually glasses came, were very light but were flimsy and cheap looking, could read with them and see long distance but went blurry in the sun and didn't change colour which is why I wanted them, I won't buy anything that claims to be too good to be true again, I say don't waste your money, they are not the product they claim they are, very disappointed but learnt my lesson.

Don't buy from this company LensEVO,false advertising to get a very cheap plastic frame which could snap very easily with very poor visibility from the lenses.

Absolutely scam, glasses were slow to arrive but they are pure rubbish, you cannot see anything with them, it’s like 2 pieces of plastic shoved into plastic frames, please do not order it’s a scam, no way of recovering a refund

This is a fake Chinese company who do not send you glasses but send emails with false tracking information then they bombard you with further emails offering even bigger discounts for items you will never receive....avoid this company at all costs.....

I purchased a product from lensevo 9 weeks ago and wasn't satisfied with it, I've been waiting 9 weeks for a returns form and they treat me like a fool when I contact them, is that the way they treat everyone or just pensioners i definitely won't be buying anything else from lensevo.i have a returns address if it's any use. Unit 5 nexus, central way Feltham, London TW14OAF OR QAF

I have received today my order of glass which is totally different from what they were originally showing in add, I m trying to return they’re saying they not finding any details of main, I have sent pictures and order number everything, I will never order this scam company again please beware of this scam,???

WARNING. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. Glasses are useless, and good luck with returning and getting a refund. Usually I do check the reviews, but not this time and is not a good experience. SCAM.
