Completely transparent and reliable delivery. And personal friendly touch in the messages. Quality supplier and excellent team.

Excellent customer service, communication and follow through. I got my order in record time half way across the world. A+

I was able to find a pair of beloved Etnia eyeglasses that had been discontinued on Lenshop, and placed the order online. Although my French bank card didn't allow the purchase online, the Lenshop team quickly emailed me and provided the bank details so I could make a wire transfer instead. The eyeglasses arrived in record time - from Greece to Paris in 2 days! - and the Lenshop staff followed up right away. Thanks for a great customer experience!

Received tracking information a few days later. 2 day delivery by DHL to Ireland. Follow up from Lenshop to ensure everything with my order was to satisfaction. Fantastic site and retailer.
