When the Danish eyeglasses I love finally broke after more than a decade, I could not find an equivalent frame in the US. My online search led me to Lenshop. I was a bit worried about ordering from europe, but their website was easy to search and they had exactly what I needed. Most special was the reassuring and professional personal attention they gave to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Shipping was no problem and the frames came earlier than I expected. All-in-all a great experience.

Buying from LENSHOP was very easy. The frames came quickly via DHL and I had pleasant exchanges with Sofia, a helpful representative via email. I would buy frames through them again and I would recommend LENSHOP to anyone.

Shipping a product from Greece to the US is not as easy as shipping within the US; however, Lenshop’s customer support helped me through every step. First, the item I purchased was out of stock, but there were other variants that were in stock linked in an email the day after I made the order. The response was quick and I had the option of a refund or choosing a different variety of product. Then, when the product was about to arrive, I got a call and some texts/emails saying my address was not correct. One email to a customer service representative and the item came the following day.

From start to finish, the Andreadis Optical Team were communicative and very helpful. In this age of ever increasing internet scams, reading reviews from others who have used their services was an important factor in my choice of selecting them to source my Sunglasses Frames. I was searching for a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses in a certain color and they whete the only one in Europe having them in stock !
First i was a little uncertain about buyers protection, i didn’t see any logo or such on their website so ??, but the contact with Lenshop.gr went so accurate direct and personal so that gave me more then enough thrust to make the payment.

Within 2 days the package arrived in the Netherlands from Greece with the sunglasses needly packed and with a handwritten thankyou note.

I found Lenshop when visiting Santorini island more than 5 yeras ago. After purchasing two pairs of sunglasses there, I realised they are my favorite pairs.
