Die Heizsocken Lenz 5.1 sind absoluter Schrott. Für 300 Euro inkl. Akkus müsste man erwarten können, dass die Füße warm werden bzw. warm gehalten werden. Weit gefehlt. Selbst bei niedrigen Temperaturen im Plusbereich kriegt man schon kalte Füße. Im Wohnzimmer kann man mit viel Wohlwollen erkennen, dass die Socken auf höchster Stufe minimal warm werden. Die anderen acht Stufen ergeben absolut keinen Sinn. Zurückschicken kann man die Socken auch nicht, weil sie man sie schon getragen hat, bevor man feststellt, dass die Socken Schrott sind. NIE WIEDER

I feel absolutely duped. I've worked outside for 20 years and have struggled with frozen toes all my life. I bought a pair of heated socks off Amazon and they were wonderful and cost $80. I started looking into lens because everybody recommended them. Their socks state to have toe cap heating on the top and bottom encompassing your toes. This statement is completely false. 2000 milliamp batteries 14 to 22 hour battery life rating when viewing online. This is also completely false. First off the heating element does not cover your toes. I have normal size feet in the heating element doesn't cover my big toe at all not even close doesn't cover my pinky toe at all also not even close and barely covers the middle three. The bottom of the sock has a tiny pad that just gets the nubs at the end of your toes. They don't go all the way up and cover the full length of your toes. Now for the battery which is by far the most expensive part of the socks. I bought the largest battery that they make and I ran them on level 3 for the day. The batteries were dead and just under 10 hours. When viewing the socks on the website they mentioned more than once that the tow cap is heated and they word it in such a way that you are to believe that your toes will be heated from the top and bottom. This means all toes you can't just heat a couple toes somewhat and say that you have heating on the top and bottom of the toe cap. If you measure the heating element and measure the toe cap you're looking at approximately 35% of the tow cap being heated. This is absolutely ridiculous. I live in Canada and I bought the 6.1 compression socks along with the 2000 milliamp batteries. The socks were $220 before tax and the battery was $385. I paid after tax $625 for one pair of socks with 2000 milliamp batteries. To put it into perspective I bought $80 socks off Amazon. The heat is significantly better and the batteries last me my entire shift. The lens socks didn't last me my shift and my feet were frozen where the heating pad didn't cover. I had an extremely uncomfortable day in these outrageously expensive socks. I was excited to buy them because I was led to believe that the toe cap of the sock is heated not just a section of it. Also led to believe that the large battery would be more than sufficient for my entire day outside working. Neither were true. So now what does a guy do with a $625 pair of socks set up that I've used once and will never use again. I'm beyond upset I can't believe these things have the reviews that they have. If you truly believe these are the cats meow you've clearly never tried other socks. If they're strictly for ski boots that are molded then great but they're not marketed as that. They're marketed for a multitude of uses whether it's fishing or hunting or being in the backyard etc etc. these are literally the worst heated socks I've ever bought and I don't know if I'm ever going to get over the fact that I paid so much for them they're garbage. How difficult is it to make a heating element that goes from the left side of your big toe to the right side of your little toe. Blows my mind!
Edited my review a week later. Thinking of doing a chargeback because the product doesn't perform as stated. Seems to be my only option because it's been crickets from Lenz. Figures.
