My leather gloves are lovely, great quality, love the color, all was as expected. Excellent customer service as well.

I ordered according to their size chart , arrived very small boots.Asked for replacement or free return- no answers of my questions, just to FAQ. Had to pay 20 eur for return and its not my fault that their size chart is wrong!

J'ai acheté en boutique la paire de basket et j'ai choisi le coloris. J'ai reçu ma paire de chaussures par UPS à domicile et j'étais ravie. Les chaussures sont magnifiques. Boutique très sérieuse.

Beautiful shoes and quick delivery. Only disappointment was the size, I followed the conversion chart from my French to Italian size and ended up with shoes that were too small. I should have ordered my French size.

Splendid shoes! Great design and leather material. The size is perfect for my 27.7 cm foot. Amazing comfort

I returned a pair of shoes to Leonardo Shoes on 22/May 2025 it is now 12.July 2025 vis Australia Post.
Australia Post say they are sitting in the Post Office in Italy....The tracking number supports they are in Italy in a Post Office.
They have still not been delivered and processed for my refund of Euro 159.00
Don't buy shoes if you are uncertain of fit because refund is impossible.
I have written to Leonardo, they say they have not received the shoes.
I wrote again a week ago and did not get a reply.
Very disappointing, I will not buy from them again.

I was traveling through Florence and needed a pair of shoes for a wedding, and this was the perfect place. The shoes look and feel fantastic--though I can't speak to how they hold up over time as I just purchased them. I ordered another pair, which Leonardo's shipped free to the U.S. Very nice shop and very helpful staff. Would certainly recommend, whether shopping in Florence or online.

Still waiting for a response on my return request. Returns are expensive 50 euros

La qualità del prodotto risulta ottima come dalla visita online . ....ho potuto anche contattare la ditta telefonicamente e per me è molto importante. La consegna ha avuto un piccolo ritardo ma seguivo il viaggio come da voi specificato....quindi tutto OK!

These shoes are stylish and well-made, perfect for a variety of occasions. I gave only four stars because the shoehorn was not included in the box and wear was noticed as well.

Leonardo shoes is a good place to buy footwear. Both me and my husband really like the quality and designs of their footwear collection.

However, this time I also purchased a leather hand bag and was disappointed with the quality, finishing and the craftsmanship on it. It was not worth the price.

So if you are buying shoes, then go for it. For handbags, you should think twice.

I recently ordered 1 pair of suede loafers. The fit it heavenly, so comfortable and very chic. The suede is so soft , literally like butter, and the buckle is of high quality . I love them so much I’m definately ordering more in different colors!

I bought my first Leonardo shoes Mary Jane decollete in beige patent leather and I am absolutely in love with them. The shoes are beautiful, elegant, very high quality and fit like a glove from day one. The delivery was also very efficient. I will definitely buy more shoes from this brand.
