Qualche mese fa ho acquistato degli stivaletti alti da uomo e ho apprezzato l'ottima fattura, il pellame e le cuciture minuziose; il design e i tempi celeri di consegna. Dopo un po’ di tempo è emerso un difetto tra tomaia, bordo/fondo e soletta. Prontamente segnalato l’accaduto al servizio clienti, che ha verificato e accertato il difetto, ho ricevuto costantemente aggiornamento sulla sostituzione “in toto” del prodotto. Pertanto, per essere il primo acquisto on-line sul sito Leonardo Shoes, le mie aspettative sono state ampiamente superate. Ottima l’assistenza ricevuta dal Servizio Clienti on-line. Acquisterò sicuramente altri prodotti.

I purchased a pair of calf leather ankle boots in black in size 45 on sale what great quality! I was so impressesd with there quality i ended up buying a second pair in brown i get compliments and have referred Leonardo to others also you have amazingly fast shipping thanks Ron knoxville tennessee!

I got all the items in good condition though there was a delay but they helped me. Beautiful quality bags. I super love it.

I have asked for my money back several times without success. I have been asked to withdraw the claim from Paypal and then I have not received my money back.

I purchased these for my fiancé for a Christmas/birthday gift, with his Italian heritage, he is very happy with them! The shoes are great quality! Shipping was as expected as I am purchasing from the USA. I am very pleased with my purchase, that I do plan purchase again in the future!

Boots are really beautiful, real leather but can't wear them as is like walking on a piece of wood so it does hurt my feet.
I thought I just needed to used them so they can "adapt"to my feet but I was wrong: still painful after a week.
And I discovered is the boot itself defective after I tried an other handmade boots (different Manufacturer) which are Heaven!
I was aware that obviously it was too late to send them back, but I contacted them anymore and they promptly suggested to put a shoe sole.
Point is..from a 209 Euro boots (plus 47 Sterling duty fees) I was expecting much more.
Think twice is you want to buy from them as, even if you send them back, you loose the duty fees (that are not mentioned at all in their website).
I honestly regret I bought them.

I was delighted with the quality and sizing of the shoes ordered. For a petite lady with small feet, size 2EU. Sizing they are a excellent fit. No need for inner soles or grips. Delivery was good and packaged extremely well. Cost of shoes very good for handmade item.
Highly recommend.

Just recently purchased a pair of loafers. The simplicity and craftmanship of the shoe exemplifies total comfort.

The shoes are a handcrafted masterpiece. So well made in full leather. I totally am so pleased with them. They fit me like a glove.

They were delivered super efficiently and I so impressed with the shoe box and presentation.
