I would give them 0 stars but ordered a lash serum and got the confirmation email. Never heard from them for months about my order nor could I track where the order was. I emailed their customer service email which doesn’t work and dmed them and was ghosted. Scam, lost $60.

I bought this because i saw so many bots on tiktok saying how good is it. Fake news, it doesn’t work at all but you know what this made to my eyes? Extreme dry eyes, redness around my eyes and inside and infection. I went to doctor and he said this serum probably has prostaglandins because this effects that you had are the same from prostaglandins. But in the website they dont say that the product contains prostaglandins so this should be illegal… So im thinking to denounce the company for undisclosed ingredients. So dont waste your money, is dangerous for your eyes. (I would like to add photos of the damage on my eyes but trustpilot doesnt allow photos)

Absolute crap. Package not received and they dont bother to respond or refund

Eyelash serum causes irritation and makes your eyes red. There are no reviews on the website, but looking on here probably explains why. Wouldn’t recommend ! Expensive for what it is, it’s gives the same side effects as a lash serum that isn’t hormone free ( it claims to be )

I've been using Leor's lash serum for years now, and it's honestly one of the very few beauty products I've stayed completely loyal to. The difference it's made to my lashes has been amazing, they look noticeable longer, fuller, and healthier, and I genuinely get asked about them all the time.

I've also tried the eye patches and pimple patches and loved those too. I've recommended Leor to so many friends over the years. Such a lovely brand and genuinely great products.

I genuinely have no idea why I’ve seen so many negative reviews because I’ve had such a good experience with Leor Beauty. Their lash serum is honestly one of the best I’ve ever tried. I’ve used so many of the bigger, more well-known brands and none of them worked for me the way Leor’s did.

Obviously, with any lash serum, you have to be patient and give it time because you need to wait until the end of your lash cycle, which can take around 30–60 days. Once I got to that point, I really started noticing a difference, my lashes looked so much thicker, fuller and more pigmented. I’ve genuinely never received so many compliments on my lashes before, and people actually notice the difference!

I’ve recommended Leor Beauty to all my friends and family because I’ve been so impressed with the results. Their customer service is also SO good. They’re always really quick to respond, whether it’s through email or Instagram, and they’ve always been so helpful.

I’ve also tried their eye patches and absolutely loved them! I’ll definitely be repurchasing those too. Overall, I’ve had such a positive experience with Leor Beauty and would genuinely recommend them to anyone looking for a good lash serum.

Emailed them for an update on my order and never heard back. Emailed again and was ignored... again. Asked for my order to be cancelled then got an email the next day to say it had been dispatched. If they had read my emails this would not have happened.

I've had nothing but the best experience with Leor. Incredibly kind and incredibly attentive. Their lash serum is literally something I can't go without. If you've been debating whether or not to get it, you won't regret it! The results say everything.

I've also really been loving their depuffing eye patches and their cute pimple patches. Genuinely prefer them to products I've tried before that cost double the price.

Every product I've used from them has been amazing and I honestly can't wait to see what they come out with next!

They are scamming for money. I had a package never be delivered reached out for them and I’ve never heard back and they still took my money and refuse a refund even though FedEx had confirmed they had lost a package.

Bought this lash serum impulsively after seeing one of their bot comments on TikTok. I did my own research straight after, saw the amount of negative reviews and contacted them within minutes to cancel. They claimed it had already shipped despite me having no shipping confirmation, then conveniently sent the shipping email immediately after I pointed this out. I genuinely believe this was intentional to get me to keep the item.

I was told to refuse delivery for a refund, except it was posted straight through my letterbox. I then followed their own online instructions and emailed for a return label. They ignored me. I followed up again and, over a month later, still no response, so I disputed it with my bank. Their response to the dispute was short, abrupt and rude, claiming they’d never promised me a refund and that I hadn’t contacted them again, despite me literally providing screenshots proving otherwise.

Can’t speak on the serum because I didn’t even open it, but I can speak on the customer service: pathetic. A business run like this won’t last two minutes.

Businesswise I cant complain. I orderd and I recieved in a very quick time the lash serum. But the product ruined my eyes, I got dark pigments around my eyes and theyre super dry and itchy. There is also not enough transparency around where it is produced and the INCI is missing on the packaging. Overall I bought 2 serums which now have to go to the bin because my eyes feel like they’re rotting.

I ordered a lash serum that never arrived inside the package — only the empty box was sent. I messaged them straight away, sent photos & all details, and they acknowledged it saying they’d sort it. It’s been well over their reply timeframe and I’ve heard absolutely nothing back since. Multiple follow‑ups have also been ignored.

This is so unprofessional and honestly really frustrating — I just wanted a simple resolution or refund, and instead I’m left waiting weeks with zero update or care from their team. I cannot recommend a business that ignores customers like this. Very disappointed. Order No: #8372

would absolutely recommend it to anyone starting their lash journey
the leor pimple patches i've used work so well and the designs are so cute

Scammers. They delete comments from tonnes of customers asking for help with their orders and don’t respond to emails. The email on DMs doesn’t even exist!! No responses in a week and no attempt to resolve issues. Don’t trust the fake reviews.

Do not buy from this company. They have been holding my money for 60 days for an order that never arrived. I have tried to resolve this privately via email multiple times, but they refuse to respond.
Since they are refusing to be honest or professional, I am taking this public. If you are in the same boat, do not waste your time emailing them—report them directly to Citizens Advice / Trading Standards and contact your bank for a chargeback. Unethical, unprofessional, and shameful behavior.

Ordered a lash serum here. DONT DO IT IF YOURE OUTSIDE THE UK. I have to pay €35 EXTRA IMPORT COSTS!! I have contacted the customer care several times and it’s been 10 days. I keep getting the same automatic response saying it will take them 1-2 days to respond. ITS BEEN 10 DAYS. Shit customer care. Shit brand. There are a lot better lash serum companies!

I can easily say this is the one of the best lash serums in the game! My lashes used to be short and sparse, but Milly, my ex-lash technician and now CEO of Leor, has come up with an amazing product that actually works. After just TWO weeks of consistent use, there was a drastic and noticeable difference. Even when I don’t use it consistently, my lashes retain their length and health, which is very important to me and what makes it such a versatile product. I use it with lash extensions sometimes, and it doesn’t impact the retention or leave any sort of residue. It’s an amazing serum and I can’t recommend it enough. You’ll be shocked when you see the results for yourself!!
