LURE Beauty レビュー

Golpeeee comprei e não recebi, e não consigo contato infelizmente.
NÃO COMPRE

Went onto their site as directed to suspend my subscription and apparently I have to do this every month? Getting WAY TOO product and cannot get it to stop. DO NOT BUY

This place is a genuine scam. I did not receive my package. I had to dispute my transaction. Nobody responds to your emails and they are busy making Tik Tok videos. They need to be reported by the consumer commission. Please save your money. They also don't have reviews on their website which tells you a lot.

Would rate them ZERO STARS if I could!!!! They are SCAMMERS and will not respond to a single email. I’m having to dispute the charge via my credit card company and place a merchant block on them. I keep getting emails that the order is “shipping” and respond to each one asking if they can please cancel my order and refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered 2 x 16TB drives - what I got was 2 x 128M drives - Garbage! DON'T TRUST!

Don’t order from here! It’s a scam I bought one product one time and then they signed me up for 2 monthly subscriptions without my consent and sent me products I didn’t want and took money from my account! Customer service was shocking as they don’t reply to your emails at all and I had to go through the bank to privately block this company from taking more money from me!

Scammers. Still trading under “Leor Beauty” which is convenient given the poor reviews on the old name. Won’t communicate, won’t resolve issues, but they will delete everyone’s comments of course! Don’t trust.

This website is SCAMMING, don’t buy anything from this guys , they takes your money and never send anything, never give your money back

So they decided after a year plus, that they would take out more money and invoiced me for $37.99 Had taken over $50. I had not even placed a order. Clearly that had my details from before.
I mean why would I buy any more when the product is crap.

Horrible scam company ...talking to card company to cancel their fraudulent practices

Worst company ever steals money monthly although I cancelled 6 months ago. Product sucks. Service horrid. I’m reporting them to fraud

i ordered half a year ago and still haven’t gotten it. i’ve emailed so many times asking for an update, a replacement, a refund, just anything to be done and they’ve always gone ignored. total scam.

Awful..I have been trying to cancel my order..and ever month $100.00 goes from my account and I get one little face thingi..I have had to close my visa card..its very bad

They automatically signed me up for a subscription and then did not respond to emails to cancel the subscription. Had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop shipping me product. Was not a fan of the color correcting foundation either. Made me look pastry

Poor customer service

I ordered from them 3 months ago, and still haven’t received the package nor a refund. At first they told me that they would handle the issue but one day they started to ignore my emails and not answer anymore, my package was held at the border, they were supposed to take care of it as they told me they would, but they didn’t, so now the package is being sent back to the UK and I know nothing about it and they won’t answer me back. So I lost my money and I didn’t get the product. They tell you they will help and then they don’t.

THIS is my second time writing a review. I have sent over four emails at this point. Hi, I have reached out 3 times now and still have yet to receive my order. My order number is 1512. My comment on TikTok was deleted when I asked about my order. I am shocked and disappointed.

great communication and customer help service

it wasnt sure to trust it because ive honestly never heard of this brand until tiktok lol but im glad i bought it maybe im crazy but even in one day you can see that difference…
