Le Parfumier has a great collection of vintage perfumes that you simply cannot find anywhere else. And even if you can, you are unlikely to find them in the same prestigious condition as you do here. I ordered a rare vintage Creed Royal Water in a frosted bottle, and it arrived exactly as described. It was packaged beautifully and with great care. Express shipping from Canada to Norway took only a few days, which was very impressive. The staff is extremely helpful and far more knowledgeable than what you would typically expect from a perfume store. I cannot recommend Le Parfumier enough!

I purchased a shaving balm from Le Parfumier and received a defective item, the cap doesn't close properly, causing leakage. Despite contacting the company multiple times, they refused to offer a refund or replacement. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. It appears to be a one-person operation, with no real support or accountability. Very disappointed with both the product and the service—avoid this seller if you value your time and money.

I received the product but wanted to return it because it smells nothing like the old product I used to buy. I contacted their support team to which they replied asking why. After I provided my reasoning they stopped responding. I sent several emails with no response before they replied from a gmail account asking for my credit card details. It feels very sketchy and I am now working with my bank on disputing the transaction.

I love the selection and the order I placed was better than I expected as it was a sealed vintage Caron (was expecting open box). Thanks. However, I struggle to use their chat system as no one responds and my emails aren't answered. Also, sometimes when I call, the message is only in French. An additional English message would help. Other than that, great so far.
