I liked the novel way in which the course unfolded and how the material was introduced. All of the basics of A1 are presented in culturally relevant and fun scenarios with creative dialog that makes the necessary memorization and grammar easier to understand and remember. The course has a perfect balance between learning ease and challenge, keeping the material accessible but never boring. I highly recommend this course.

I had a fantastic experience learning German with Eva in Learning in Allgäu. The teaching approach was engaging, supportive, and incredibly effective, helping me gain confidence in speaking German much faster than I expected. I often receive compliments on my German skills — something I credit to the quality of teaching I received.

The online course has now become the right addition for my current stage of life. With a much busier schedule balancing work, family, and raising a child, the flexibility to practice whenever it suits me is decisive. At the same time, the live support sessions keep me motivated, accountable, and continuously improving. It’s a great combination of flexibility and high-quality teaching, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

As someone with zero prior experience in the German language, I can confidently say that the Pro course is extremely effective. It provides a clear understanding of the fundamentals and builds a strong foundation for future progress toward fluency.

The most important factor, however, is the teacher. Eva‑Maria is incredibly friendly and has a rare ability to genuinely connect with people.
