C est ma 2eme commande chez eux et à chaque fois tout s est très très bien passé 👍. Malgré les 2000km qui nous sépare la livraison est super rapide. Une semaine après le passage de la commande. Emballage soigné et équipe super réactive. Prix parmis les moins chers du net. Je recommande fortement 😊

Ich habe bestellt, aber meine Produkte nicht erhalten. Ich bekomme keine Antwort mehr. Geld ist weg. Ich wurde einfach ignoriert. Es nützt mir nichts :(

Valoracion muy negativa, quien espere un funcionamiento similar a cualquier tienda online de prestigio aquí pierde el tiempo.
Despues de mas de un mes, mi pedido sigue a mas de 500km de distancia de mi domicilio y ya doy por perdido mi dinero y mis productos.
Porque el mayor problema no es que una cesta de la compra no actualize el precio correctamente y haya que hacer dos pagos por una diferencia minima.
Tampoco que la cesta de la compra tenga un apartado que pone Domicilio de Entrega y luego decida por su cuenta asignar un punto de entrega que no tiene nada que ver con el domicilio.
Quizas es poco importante que el sistema de pago por adelantado con Paysera no comunique adecuadamente con la tienda y haya que reclamar.
Si que importa que no solucionen los problemas:
-no contesten a los correos o tarden días
-traten al cliente como basura
-no hagan el menor esfuerzo por solucionar el problema del punto de entrega y mientan diciendo que están haciendo algún trámite cuando es mentira.
-y al final dejen de contestar Y ME QUEDE SIN MI DINERO Y MIS PRODUCTOS.

Labai neigiamas atsiliepimas. Kiekvienas, besitikintis panašaus aptarnavimo kaip ir bet kurioje patikimoje internetinėje parduotuvėje, čia gaišta savo laiką.

Po daugiau nei mėnesio mano užsakymas vis dar yra nutolęs daugiau nei 500 km nuo mano namų, o aš jau praradau viltį gauti pinigus ir prekes.

Didžiausia problema ne ta, kad pirkinių krepšelis neteisingai atnaujina kainą, todėl turiu atlikti du mokėjimus už minimalų skirtumą. Taip pat ne ta, kad pirkinių krepšelyje yra skiltis „Pristatymo adresas“, o tada jis pats nusprendžia priskirti pristatymo vietą, kuri neturi nieko bendra su mano namų adresu. Galbūt ne taip jau svarbu, kad išankstinio mokėjimo sistema su „Paysera“ tinkamai nebendrauja su parduotuve, todėl reikia pateikti skundą. Svarbu tai, kad jie neišsprendžia problemų:
- Jie neatsako į el. laiškus arba užtrunka kelias dienas, kol atsako
- Jie elgiasi su klientais kaip su šiukšlėmis
- Jie nesistengia išspręsti pristatymo vietos problemos ir meluoja, teigdami, kad dirba, kai to nedaro.

- ir galiausiai jie nustojo atsakyti, IR AŠ LIKAU BE PINIGŲ IR PRODUKTŲ.

Once a parcel was lost during shipping, contacted Lerochem by phone and they answered quickly that they will resend it and I got it within 5 days!

The only thing I could point out is they could be better at answer on mail.

Exactly as ordered. Well packed (powders in plastic bags, liquids in bottles, paste in box) thoroughly wrapped in plastic foil. No leakage. A little trouble with the carrier HERMES (delivery to closed pick up store..) can not be blamed to the sender. Good communication. Already ordered again (chose different carrier..)

I got no refund or communication after my shipment was lost. I got no response for two weeks. Six days ago I asked for confirmation and a refund. I contacted them from another emailadres to rule out a spam filter accident but reality is slowly seeping through; I lost a lot of money - and it's not by accident.
