it's a scam

Nefasto. Hace 10 días hice una compra, si no escribía hoy reclamando el estado del pedido (porque no actualizan el estado en la app que te dan para hacer seguimiento) ni siquiera lo despachaban. Hoy me responden que lo mandan mañana y que me dan un cupón de 5 euros para mi próxima compra superior a 25...

I ordered them a product for around 220€. They sent me in 3 different parcels with FedEx. So FedEx charged me 3 times the administrative fees. So at the end, I have to pay 50% more than indicated on their website because of their bad logistics. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, no address, just a postbox...

It tooks 2 weeks to get a flacon of 250ml acetate d'ethyl, it's ok as the price was low.
However the sender is not Chemmarkt, but Biogo. The products is not from BIOMUS as written in the invoice but from WARCHEM. Command number or parcel number sent were not useable. Mail was answered but not signed, we don't know who speaks.
In brief : communication is neither simple or transparent.

I cancelled the order immediately after purchase in accordance with EU law. I have full written correspondence, yet the store never replied even once.
No contact, no refund, and no order fulfillment.

The case has been reported to Klarna Bank — it remains to be seen whether they will help resolve the issue or leave the customer without support.

Such behavior raises serious concerns and may indicate unfair or potentially fraudulent sales practices. I strongly do not recommend this seller.
