LetCompliance is all-in-one software for UK landlords and letting agents — built to run a rental from one login, from advertising a property to filing the tax return. A 0–100 compliance score tracks every statutory duty — Gas Safety (CP12), EICR, EPC, deposit protection, Right to Rent and fire safety — with email and SMS reminders before each deadline, so nothing slips. We're built specifically for the way UK tenancies work, including the Renters' Rights Act 2025: Section 8 and Section 13 notice tools, the information sheet, pet-request tracking and periodic-tenancy changes. At year end, an SA105-ready tax export with Section 24 and MTD support saves hours on Self Assessment, and a free passwordless tenant portal keeps landlords and tenants in sync. Been using Let Compliance for a while


Been using Let Compliance for a while now and it’s made managing my properties much easier. Everything is in one place, it’s straightforward to use, and it saves me a lot of time. The team is always helpful if I need anything and they’re constantly adding useful features. Definitely good value for money!
