The LetPot air is amazing

I put in fruiting plants and flowers to see if they'd both do well. Everything is thriving and I can't wait to continue planting!

Delivery is very fast and without problem.

Fast shipping, awesome product - makes vacations a breeze! Its wonderful to not worry about my plant children while on an extended trip. I love how intuitive it is to set up.

Solar watering timer/wifi: Well, I should have considered the bad ratings before buying it.

First off, The item leaked from the water intake connection right out of the box, even after replacing the seal it came with.
Second, it won't connect. Period. If you manage to get a connection today, tomorrow it won't work. No matter how many times you reset EVERYTHING, it will keep having connection issues, to the point where it skips the tasks and therefore becoming totally unreliable.
Last: Yeah, the "solutions" offered by customer support end up with the typical generic "please contact us" that gets you nowhere. A very flawed product, apparently built with cheap parts. Don't recommend at all.

I have not received the order yet, so I cannot rate the experience. The item I ordered is still in China and I have no idea when I will receive it. Kinda hard to give a rating until I receive the order. Not real impressed here.

My son gave me a LetPot for my 81st birthday in February. First, I must say I love this wonderful device. It was so easy to set up and made me proud of myself that I could do it. I'm growing some tomato seeds I saved this winter from those different colored small tomatoes. I was planning to give the seeds to my son to start, but now I can do it myself. I bought seeds for the herbs I like to grow every year, and now I don't have to pay big bucks to purchase the plants at the garden center. I love watching the basil, chives, parsley, rosemary, cilantro, and dill come to life. I've ordered replacement parts to continue starting more seeds when I place my plants outdoors.

Received item in excellent working order faster than expected

An important factor in choosing LePot over other brands is that all accessories and replacement parts are available to purchase individually and are not over priced. This is not the case for many brands that over price replacement parts making the system not affordable long term. Also replacement parts are hard to find for many brands that limit distribution stock or simply don’t produce parts.

5 stars for dispatch and customer seẻvicez Online oỏdering was simple without hidden charges. Shipping was free and quick. The products were well wrapped and arrived without damage. One item was tracked as delivered but didn’t arrive.I contacted customer service and a replacement was immediately dispatched and it arrived very quickly.

The LePot Senior is a gift for my son. He found set up to be straightforward, quick and easy. Seeds have not yet been planted so I can’t review the system but if it is as good as the company is to interact with have high expectations that a good review is forthcomming.

Horrible still waiting for purchase

The LetPot staff is at the tip of the iceberg in responding to every single request for assistance without any hesitation. I’ve sent numerous requests for support.

Have repeatedly inquired regarding unreceived order:6151 via email and representative by the name Tim has provided unsatisfactory customer service continuously ignoring this issue and making no effort in attempting to resolve with last message received on 3/11/25:
“ Dear Paul
Sorry about that. You can try contacting the logistics provider to check the status of your shipment”. Have also requested matter be escalated to a supervisor to no avail. I have reiterated numrous times order 6151 was unreceived.

Hello! I love your products but one set arrived broken and I have not been able to get a replacement. Other than that, my whole apartment is self irrigating.

On edit I give Letpot a 5 because they have responded and will replace the broken part.

Letpot is amazing The Letpot lets us enjoy herbs and they give us a much more subtle flavor. Thyme herb 🌿 fresh is a difference between fresh and one bottled up. This is a good well designed for anyone who love to have fresh herbs in the kitchen.

Nice to be able to get additional pieces to expand the capability of my system

My new LetPot Max touch screen doesn’t always work- sent pictures and emails- I have to periodically unplug it- then plug it back in to work

I setup everything and was disappointed that the pump was not working. My WiFi connection said Pump Malfunction.

Happy with product. Only place I could find large sponges and cages for my MAX machine. The delivery time was long but came from abroad so I guess that is normal.

What an amazing product. My kids and I have truly enjoyed watching everything grow. I am harvesting fresh veggies. It makes me want to go bigger. Just saying this is amazing. No regrets. Easy to assemble and use. A great learning tool.
