Lovely carpets also lovely workers that came and fitter are new carpet will deffo use these when I've paid my finance off to complete my house.

Hi, I made a booking on the 12th July paid thier agent £30 deposit and set up a £20 per week DD. I received a fitting date for the 10th of August. On the 10th August I called to find out where the fitter was because it was getting late on in the day. The customer service said very abruptly that I was made aware that it was an all day fitting but they would try and call the fitters to find out where they were. I called back and was told that the carpet wasn't even on the van and it wasn't even in stock and they would have to call me back when it's in stock.
After hearing nothing for nearly 2 weeks I called them on the 15th of August to find out what was happening. I was told the person that manages the ordering was not around today so they can't tell me what's happening and that they would call me back.
I waited until the 1st September and again phoned again to chase it up. The person told me that they did in fact have the carpet in stock and that the booking team would send me a new fitting date.
I receive a new fitting date which I have not accepted for the 13th October.
Having to wait over 3 months or a quarter of the year to have the carpet fitted and having to chase this up myself is completely unacceptable.
I was told the October date was the earliest date available because thier fitter is away for personal reasons throughout September.
At this point I've had enough i went backwards and forwards with them to end my contract. I was told the refund would be with me between 5-11 working days and suprise it's over 11 working days and still no refund. I have emailed to chase this up but I've had no response.
I really feel like this is a scam company and I've fell for it.
I'm going to give them another couple of days to reply but I'm not holding out hope.
I'm going to need to report this company to trading standards, the NCSC, the NBCC and start legal action against this company.

First time using this company and will be the last I definitely wouldn't recommend paid deposit of 40 pound then had to pay two payments of 60 pound before fitting then once fitted I had an issue with a massive line across my carpet turns out I am paying 510 for a remenant carpet ( end of roll ) I first thought the carpet was peiced because of the line so I rang the office to complain to with she then gets the fitter to ring me and give me a load of abuse how unprofessional of this company they should not at any point get the fitters to ring clients they should ring get feed back then get back in touch with client to resolve any issues that may have been raised .

Stay away from the awful place absolute joke charged 280 for a room that would of been 120 didn't send enough beading and one of the boxes was soaking wet with mould to be told nothing they can do joke of a company stay away.

Very satisfied customer always kept me updated on what was going on. Very friendly had abit of a laugh with the carpet fitter but all in all brilliant service definitely use them again soon and definitely recommend to others easy process and fast... a++++

They don't even deserve a star! I had my flooring done a year ago. The guy who came to fit the floor had to come back after fitting was completely because he didnt do a good job. He did not place the flooring under the door frame, but instead adviseme to use decorative filler and paint over it. I was fuming, OH, PS I PAID OUTRIGHT FOR MY FLOORING, I DID NOT USE THEIR WEEKLY PAYMENT PLAN. anyways, less than 6months later, my flooring started to come apart, I called letspay weekly to come and rectify the issues, and it took them three months!. The guy that came didnt replaced the damage flooring, but instead reused the old ones. Less than a MONTH later, same problem... at this point I was riddled with stress, as to why the flooring keeps coming apart. My now partner who is a carpenter explained that the floor is not leveled that's why the issue keeps reoccurring.... NOW, MY QUESTION IS, as a floor fitter, would you not have known that the floor wasn't levelled when doing the JOB??????? I called lets payweekly again in DEC 2022, and we are now in AUG 2023 and my floor is worst than ever, and no one has come to fix it. one small issues has become a major problem, the small issue have now loosen all my flooring up, and let's payweekly kept promising it would get resolved, but instead they booked me in, then the fitter doesn't show...., then I have to wait for manager approval....., once it was approved......, I have to then wait for fitters date, and then when I call to confirm what's happening they want me to repeat the story all over again!! And we are back to square one. Their customer server is appalling, I would never use them again! EVER, they take your money happily, and send unqualified people to do a professional job. I was told I would have an appointment in SEP, the lady was ment to call me back as it was the weekend to set a date, this was from JULY/EARLY AUG. She never called me, and when I phone lets pay weekly, its always answer machine... now today, the 25th of Aug, I managed to speak to someone and guess what, suprise! suprise! She's only a customer agent and needs manager approval again, and there is nothing she can do about it.. i am fed up!!

From start to finish ive had a great service,the rep Paul and the fitters were all so friendly,I moved home and I bought my carpets from let's pay weekly but decided to get laminate this time and didn't regret it, my floor is lovely and the fitters put my fire place back.love it.

The rooms were measured incorrectly leaving a ridiculous amount of off-cuts, when I raised this with Adam he himself said the older man measuring clearly didn’t know what he was doing.

Although Adam fitted the flooring quickly, he left a big black mark across my freshly painted wall… he didn’t acknowledge it AT ALL and had the cheek to ask me for a review. As I knew the walls were wipeable and I was just too embarrassed to raise it with him as it was so blatant I just stayed quiet. He didn’t even apologise for it and you couldn’t miss it, big black scrape across my neutrally painted wall.

Let’s Pay Weekly Carpets had an issue with their payment system which cancelled our direct debit, we were treated as though we cancelled it and when I called I spoke to the rudest of call handlers! So rude that I ended the call with her, you can tell she hasn’t had professional experience within a corporate environment and is probably on minimum wage, following her “I don’t know where this conversation is going” comment, I asked to speak to someone who did know where the conversation was going!! Wasting my time to tell me who is a “she / he” in their company!

The choice of carpet is limited and you do get what you pay for. It was a means to an end but I won’t be using them again.

So basically after what I thought was a really good company turns out there not, I gave them a good rating on here aswell a few months ago. The reps come took measurements then I had to wait a month for carpet to be fitted. The man came fitted living room carpet but didn't have the right measured carpet for the hallway, so he said he would be back and I would be at the top of the list. A week later still no call so I called them, the girl at the shop looked on the computer and said oh yeh there's a note to say you need it remesuring,I'll get the rep to call you,a week later still no call, so I phoned again. She said sorry ill get the rep to call you I said ok, another week goes by still no call, I called them again, the girl at the shop said I'll give you the man's number and you can call him, so I called I text I left a message over two days and was ignored. So I called back today to tell them I tried but he is ignoring me she said ok I have your number I will get intouch with him and I will call you back and guess what still no call. It may be a helpful company because you can pay weekly or monthly but read bad reviews so I thought I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and guess what, turns out that they are. So I have now reported the company to an independent review board regarding my situation cancelled my direct debit and will now just wait to hear off them.

Had wooden flooring fitted in February 2022, 3 months later the beading started coming up. I raised the issue straight away and was told someone would come out however this never happened. 1 year after the flooring has been put down it’s all chipping, rising from the floor and looks a mess! Was told this was new good quality flooring, would not recommend. I raised a complaint on 07/06/2023 and still waiting on a response, shocking service.

Not great from start to finish the other pay weekly companies are 10 x better

Rip off don't use !!!! Cancelled service within the 14 day cooling off period and they refused to give me my £40 deposit back even tho states in contract you have right to cancel and will be refunded!!! Now just like to say I Cancelled 4 days after phoned call centre ,sales rep, sent about 15 emails which they thobbed me off continuously then emailed me back 16 days later said im too late for refund absolute joke don't waste time or money

Ordered carpet August last year they had a promotion on where you spun a wheel and my prize was a free rug, lovely rug I picked for my living room. Only problem is it never appeared so now 5 months later and loads of emails I am still waiting, was told it was getting dispatched last Monday and I would receive dispatch email haha next joke.

Have been in floods of tears , been paying weekly for the carpets after fitting appointment . The fitting date came two men came out got into the room and said sorry the carpet isn’t cut into the correct sizes , we will come back tomorrow , I took a full day off of work for this

The next day came , all day he messaged me I won’t be long it got to 3oclock and he said he wasn’t coming there has been an accident , I was understanding he said he would be back tomorrow

So the third day came he again messaged me all day saying be with you for 10/11am , by 12 I asked where he was he said half an hour away ! Two hours later I rang again he had now blocked my phone number , I know this because my works phone and friends phone can call it .
I finally had a reply via email (hoorah) and I was told my carpet had accidently ended up in Bradford , how considering he had been texting me for 3 days saying he was on his way !

I then for a reply on Facebook saying the manager was arranging it to be re fitted for next week , I have yet heard nothing.

I ripped up carpets, emptied my kids rooms ready for the new one . me and my two young children have since been sleeping on the floor and sofa in my living room for a week , boxes and bags piled up everywhere with empty uncarpetted bedroom.

it’s now a week later and nothing yet they have still been taking payments out .

I can’t get through on they’re number it just rings and rings , they have blocked me on Facebook from posting on they’re posts and from messaging them

I thought this would be a genuine company , I am a single mother who works hard and I have been done over and left to live in a mess and lied to for a week

EDIT- I HAVE NOW HAD A PHONE CALL WITH A RE FITTING DATE FOR THIS WEDNESDAY

EDIT - one week later a fitter did actually turn up , he’s done a good job and was a very friendly guy (Adam) I’m sure If more of they’re employees were like Adam and not the first who told me a bunch of lies and blocked my number , then they would be a decent company to use . Although with my experience here I will not be using let’s pay weekly again it’s been nothing but hastle but we are finally done thanks Adam

Great customer service from the fitter that came. Was happy to let himself in with my key in the keysafe and messaged me when he was done as I was keeping the kids out of the way. Really friendly guy, he definitely deserves a pay rise.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW
Had laminate flooring fitted end of April and was so happy but after 6 months the joints in flooring come apart when walked over got in touch and they said I must have lifted flooring up and relayed it so there is nothing they can do about it.
Why would I buy new flooring and relift and relay it there an absolute joke don't buy anything from these cowboys.
Customer service is appalling was going to get rest of house done gradually not a chance.

Floor laid but job not finished. Don't pay upfront or you will be sorry. Three arranged appointments to finish job not kept and cannot get hold of anyone on phone nor do they respond to messages. This has been going on since early November.

I’ve given 5 stars as my review as these guys went above and beyond to help.
The fitting was perfect delivered and fitted on time very friendly and chatty customer service was great I highly recommend this company and will be using again for my bedrooms Thankyou again xx
