Continue taking payments even after balance is paid, ignore emails and have blocked me from commenting on their Facebook, delete all comments from anyone with issues. Not holding out hope for my refund. Awful this close to Christmas and £133.80 owed to me. Wonder how many others have been overcharged, total scam.

I absolutely love my new carpet its such good quality, it was fitted exactly when they said it would be and the carpet fitter was such a nice man who did his job well

So my daughter is distressed on the phone just now due to the incompetence of this company. Her flat is in a mess as she took all of her furniture out of her bedroom and two youn children bedroom so it would be ready for the carpet fitter who was supposed to, as arranged bybetween daughter and company to have attended the home last week. No show, daught calls numerous times to ask where he was to be fobbed off.Niw my daughter has been told that there will be no carpet laying as she had cancelled DD...she had not, that she owed a payment...she had not and now has been told that she needs to pay a set amount and they "may fit her in " January. Despite daughter having kept to her contracual agreement. So 2 X bedroom with no carpet as my daughter removing old carpet. Contending now with a poorly 2yr old and all sleeping in one room with furniture until possible January 2023. What an utter disgrace. Apparently the Mangers is not in

I was quite apprehensive about this company after reading some of the negative reviews. However, my experience was the total opposite. Mark couldn’t have been any more helpful, the fitters were friendly and the carpets are amazing quality. I will 100% be recommending this company to my friends and family!

Had 2 orders from this company, had my bathroom vinyl fitted first then I got some high gloss flooring fitted in my bedroom which looks absolutely amazing, Stu the fitter was amazing. Ignore the fake reviews this company are great

Had my carpet and vinyl fitted by this company recently. Very impressed with the price. The guy who came out named Mark was extremely friendly and helpful when I could not decided on the vast range of products on offer at very reasonable prices. I will be using this company again after having negative experiences from other pay weekly company's this one really does break the mould!

I had a carpet fitted in my bedroom and the quality is brilliant and customer service provided by Mark Slee was amazing.

Fantastic, quick, friendly service from mark and the fitters. Definitely ordering again. Highly recommend

Tried to phone the company number of times with no one answering this makes the reps look bad been trying now for 5 days t

4 appointments made to fit carpet none kept by company customer services no help at all just given same crap time after time

ordered carpet for hall stairs and landing never realised that it would be 6 weeks after you sign up that you would get your fitting date.. My partner had booked the day off work, the fitter rung the day before and said it would be between 12-3 for fitting, 2:30pm the next day we get a call to say they weren't coming and might be monday/Tuesday now to fit the carpet.. Like people can just change their working hrs at such short notice.. They have to realise that people do work!!!

Absolutely great service from start to finish! Martin from the first appointment was very helpful and informative of the products and services they provide, very polite!

We received a fitting date which was a few weeks away, called customer service team the day before to confirm the fitting and they were very polite and assured me the fitter would be with you tomorrow and I would receive a text 30mins before they arrive and they did just that!

Our laminate fitter was Neil, very impressed with the work he has completed, he was very polite and professional throughout and cleaned after he had finished. He also informed us the best aftercare for the laminate.

First payment went out as planned and all subsequent payments have been taken exactly as stated.

Overall very impressed and will be using again!

So signed my agreement on the 30/08/2022 and was told by agent need to make 2 payments before delivery so we went with weekly payments had txt to say flooring is coming 19/10/2022 phoned and asked my delivery is so far away when states on website ( Do I pay before the flooring is delivered?
Once you have decided which item of flooring you would like and the area has been measured a deposit of £40.00 will be taken. The Sales Representative will go through the agreement with you and set up your direct debit. Before the flooring is fitted we will require a minimum of 2 payments to be taken. This is to establish that all the details are correct and you are capable of making recuring payments.) also ( When do I receive a fitting date?
We try to send you a fitting date via ‘TEXT’ within 2 working days of your agreement being set up. Your flooring will be fitted approximately 10 – 15 after your first payment has been received)

So when phoned they have now said I have to pay a min of 30% of my agreement before delivery which is not what states on website or what agent told us,, I’ve also asked where in my signed agreement does it state 30% of agreement needs to be paid before delivery and I’m being ignored,, avoid avoid avoid this company they don’t care about customers, wish I’d read these reviews before signing up

Paid deposit for a bed in July plus 2 monthly payments I was told the bed would be here within a month which was fine but after waiting with no communication for about 8-10 weeks was then told it’ll be delivered in november !! Do not use this company

Jamie and Kyle were both really helpful. Very polite and the flooring in my living room looks amazing. Super job.

Still waiting for my flooring to even be delivered since ordering the end of May!! Plenty of calls un answered and when they do answer they say they will call back and never do! Absolutely disgusting service taking advantage of vulnerable people!

Diabolical company what ever you do don’t use these cowboys.
Had my laminate flooring fitted in May they arrived with the flooring but no beading said it would be a week or 2 for it to arrive, well it’s August now and I am STILL WAITING for the beading to arrive had the bare faced cheek to send a fitter with bright white beading and wondered why I sent them packing totally would have looked ridiculous against the wood flooring I had chosen.
Customer services are diabolical they couldn’t give a stuff about any issues you raise with them.
Honestly use another company avoid these like the plague they don’t deserve your well earned cash cowboy 🤠 🔫

fitter arrived today from Huddersfield all the way to Birmingham. He was courteous and polite and did a smashing job of laying the vinyl in the living room and hallway.
Overall experience is wonderful! Many many thanks indeed .

I see this company are now deleting reviews that have been written by their own employees . Do not trust this company avoid them like the plague you’ll be left out of pocket and with flooring you need to replace . Avoid
