Liked walking the strip and having actual activities to do. Got to take some great pictures and learn what films used different hotel locations.

This was a great fun filled adventure for all ages!!

Great way to team build and enjoy family while you learn in explore Arkansas. Definitely a recommendation especially if you are new to the city and would like to know what’s available.

This app is not user friendly. Very hard to figure out how to get it working. Then as soon as you get it working it crashes. This is no real person you can talk to, just a chat. I tried to use the chat and it wouldnt connect. It was so frustrating. Who ever made this app should not be in the business. This would have been so much fun if it actually worked. Let's Roam has a lot of videos on YouTube to sell this, but know that show you how to use it. They need to make a video that shows you exactly how to use it. Step by step. Also, they need a real phone number for customer support. I don't want to have to type out my frustrations and wait for a responce. I want to explain the problem to a real person andhave them explain how to correct the issue. Don't waste your time on this. You will ruin your day

Paid for a scavenger hunt - didn’t receive a confirmation email with a code - and yes I’ve checked and double checked it was correct and checked junk - very disappointing

After a LOT of difficulty getting set up on the app which kept of freezing or crashing (if bought the voucher by this time or I'd have given up by now), we started the Siena trail, which was completely missold as "informative" and "not needing to go inside", apart from other grand claims. Stop 1. Take a.photo - I'm not being informed about anything. Who designed the thing INSIDE the cathedral - I thought I didn't have to pay to enter anywhere.
Exited the "hunt" at that point. What a waste of time and money. I literally could walk around Siena with my eyes closed and feel more informed. And now I have to wait for their customer service to open to request a refund for this crap product.

Awful experience with the website and customer service. The website makes it nearly impossible not to purchase additional tickets, which happened with me. Customer Service so far has refused to give a refund after I clearly explained that the additional tickets were accidentally purchased and that I won't use them within the next two years.

Regarding the tickets used in Boston North End, the route was inefficient and had us walking in a zig zag/opposite direction for each destination. Don't recommend if you have a toddler with you either like we did.

The concept is great, but this company needs to fix its website, customer service, and the Boston North End hunt.

Purchased the scavenger hunt for Houston tourist attractions in Herman Park. Couldn't get the voucher to download called customer service to help and had to go through so many steps for her to finally get it to work. Then we started our hunt and the app completely stopped working at the first location. Never could get it to start back up. A total waste of money. Reading some other reviews I see we are not the only ones that went through this. Save your money try another company.

It was an amazing experience.

We decided to buy a hunt to complete when visiting Shetland but had technical difficulties in accessing it when we were there. I contacted the company via chat, and was told the trails don't work on Android devices and that I'd get my money back.
Fast forward to the arrival of my credit card statement and I've been charged £40 for something that the company openly admitted wouldn't work on my device. I requested a refund and was told my request would be reviewed in 7 to 10 days and I'd get an email notification of the outcome
Maybe I was just unlucky but I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow to see if I can get my money back for something that simply failed to deliver.

The hunt was great. Saw things I've never seen. Sometime I had a hard time getting the hunt to reload after opening another app

We really enjoyed doing this scavenger hunt in downtown Denver. Took quite a while but we had a blast and only need to stop for water once.

This is terrible, would not recommend to anyone. Bought two tickets for their Huntsville, ON scavenger hunt. The app is a buggy mess and did not work at all. The cost for two people was 60 dollars and the experience was basically "go here and take a picture of this thing". The experience was only around 20 minutes.

This was an extremely informative, fun and creative scavenger hunt. I thought they were very honest with their pricing and their customer service helpline was extremely helpful and Right At task. The one I did was the laughter and fun loot and Lewis Delaware. I am from Michigan and had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this.

Total scam. I tried to take my son on an angel island scavenger hunt. Turns out once we were out there that the hunt was on mainland Tiburon. I tried to cancel immediately and deleted the app. I received a charge from them today and contacted customer service to request a refund and ensure my account was canceled. After waiting half an hour of extreme frustration I was informed that I hadn’t read their terms of service properly and that they wouldn’t do anything for me. They misrepresent their hunts and make it as difficult as possible to cancel. Total 100% scam. Don’t waste your money.
