Horrible company
Horrible company. Was hung up on by a customer rep. was promised a call back within 24 hours and never happened. We represented a property that they were sending people to with any authorization.

This is 100% a scam
This is 100% a scam. Do not buy tickets, they will not work in the app. Do not then sign up to the "free" trial so that it will work. They won't send you any confirmation, no way to cancel, and won't reply to emails asking to cancel. I had to report as fraud to my credit card.

Don’t waste your money
This is by not a scavenger hunt by any stretch of the imagination. You’re given route to follow on a map and asked to read a sign or statue in the area and then answer a multiple choice question. The high ratings have either been paid for or written by people who had very low expectations for a scavenger hunt. I regrettably bought an annual pass and asked for my money back on day 1 after doing one “scavenger hunt” but they refused to even give a partial refund.

Double charge no refund
Glitch in their system meant I ended up with two charges for the tickets. I explained this had happened and was told no refund. Please be careful when purchasing.
