product not fit for purpose,out of date, no immediate help available, not user friendly
, qouted price was $13 but charged $21, just wanted to sell me more useless tickets, would not recommend.
when contacted re refund told me to wait 5-7 business days but no contact made.

Lots of fun looking at some beautiful buildings in Buffalo! Really easy walk, too! Picture challenges were cool! Fun way to spend an hour!

We did Camden in London and it was a complete waste of money. There are 4 questions about the area and barely any history of the places or puzzles to get you to the next hint. Some questions about the US were added (I guess so it didn’t feel like a completely scam) save your money and used another company

We had a UK version, bought for a birthday present as an activity to do together. I'm not convinced it was worth the money.
The app itself is a bit frustrating, it's not that clear on how to start, the map was hard to follow and the photo taking was annoying, no zoom/limited picture size, even though my phone was pretty decent. Battery did drain slightly faster than normal, but no more than if I was using any app for a full hour.

I expected there to be more puzzle type challenges, rather than - Strike a valiant pose in front of this WWII memorial..... (this was a running theme and felt... Distasteful?)
The 'roles' our party had seemed random to the hunt as well, example Navigator plays Geoguessr basically. Hunt location in Portsmouth, but do you know where the statue Thinker by Rodin is located..... Completely unconnected.
Explorer role seemed to just be - take photos, but again, the camera use on the app is rubbish.
The challenges were so out of sync with what we were looking at, it was off-putting and made us feel a bit weird about some of them.
I expected more information as well, tell me about the points of interest you have in the 'hunt', rather than just take a photo and move on.

It's a shame as the reviews were so good for this product, but I think it seems either maybe not good for the UK market, or just not well put together for the themes of the hunts.

We didn't need to contact the help desk at any point and didn't have any actual issues using the code or completing our 'hunt' are the only reasons this doesn't have a 1 star.

TLDR: Main points:
1. Photos taken using app such bad quality its pointless.
2. Map whilst 'hunting' so rubbish and out of date.
3. Challenges thematically at odds with the POIs and
4. Not good value for money

Sorry Let's Roam, I won't be recommending this product.

It was fun getting to see parts of our city that we don't normally see in everyday life we enjoyed being able to explore.And have a little fun. The challenges got us up and moving for sure. We would have loved to have seen more puzzle type challenges , but otherwise it was a good time.

This was a ton of fun! I was disappointed that we didn't know we should bring props and that because locations were closed we couldn't finish the last two challenges. Therefore the other four did not unlock. I would definitely do this again!

Wasn’t as fun as we expected and had ongoing issues during the hunt. While the instructions to add players appears simple, it took ages to figure out how to actually make it work with a team. Tried to call for support but apparently 3pm is not in business hours. The App kept sending us to the wrong gps location e.g. it would say to go to a particular spot but the actual spot was across the road and 20mtrs away. While the concept is great, we just became frustrated with constantly being sent to the wrong spot. Some of the instructions were too vague. I was expecting to learn some history but the blurbs were so short and really useless. It would have been better to just google the history online. The App drained my battery very fast. We got bored half way through and abandoned the whole experience.

Did the Terrifying Toronto hunt- nothing terrifying, nothing to hunt. Nothing terrifying about it, anything related to hauntings just told you to look for the ghosts sitting there, but didn't give ANY background on the ghost story AT ALL. Boring, useless, waste of time. 1 question about each location was multiple choice, the other two challenges were 'take a photo of you doing a starfish jump!' for no relatable reason. The grammar was terrible, the factoids were mixed together as one and unrelated to each other. We should have just asked chat GPT for info on each stop and just gone for a walk.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Terrible customer service. Deceptive business practices by not stating the tickets are non-refundable. Based on previous reviews too they'll keep charging you on your subscription and won't offer proper refunds for unwarranted charges.

We had an amazing time! Cant wait to do this again and pick a different hunt! Thanks for the fun!

Purchased the Bamburgh Castle Bonanza and unfortunately were unable to complete the challenges as the site was not dog friendly. I checked the website before booking, which said that all challenges were dog friendly.

It is also not made clear, that as-well as purchasing the vouchers, we also needed to pay an additional £18.75 per person. Some more transparency here would have been appreciated.

The challenge was advertised to include riddles uncover hidden gems. We were just presented with history trivia and told to take selfies, no riddles or challenges involving 'laughter-filled teamwork'.

Overall the experience was extremely disappointing. I have sent numerous emails to the support team to feedback our dissatisfaction and have had no acknowledgment.

Would not purchase any experiences again.

Beware on purchase

I purchased one set of scavenger hunts and checked out. The website offered a discounted rate for a further purchase which I selected however it came up with an error message. I then proceeded to try again a couple of times but received error messages. Then I noticed my bank account had been charged a further four times without proceeding to checkout again or authorizing the transactions. I am seeking a remedy and refund from the business. To be continued....

Fun experience. We couldn’t complete all the tasks because the African exhibit was closed for remodeling. Fun time at the zoo.

Great way to explore some of Hobart historic attractions , great for the whole family or team bonding , would recommend going during the day not of a night though
