Let's Russia レビュー

Outstanding service! Very fast and efficient application process and quick turnaround of Russia tourist visa. This is the second time I’ve used their service, and I will certainly do the same again when I’m ready for my next visa. I can’t say enough good things about them!

My experience with Let's Russia went off without a hitch. The service delivered a hands-off experience with clear instructions and great turnaround, as promised, with a successful outcome at the end. Thank you to Vangie for your professional, courteous, and timely guidance with regular updates throughout the application process!

The MOST professional, easy to use, speedy service one can get and for a reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend. Will use again when needed, and most certainly recommend to all I know. Communication is the best, and they let you know every step as to what is happening and what to expect. Love this service.

I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly this process went. Vangie was awesome! She helped me through all of the documentation and the rest of the protocol and was such a pleasure to deal with. Everything was done within 15 business days. I would highly recommend using Let's Russia! I would personally use them again.

Let's Russia staff were extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. They made the visa process smooth and provided useful updates and guidance from start to finish. In fact, they made it downright easy. I am 100% confident in Let's Russia and absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a visa. Vangie and the team were great and offered excellent communication and a very high level of service.

This was a great experience. The customer service at Let’s Russia is excellent. Vangie was always quick to respond to my questions via email and text. We applied for our 3 year visas while traveling abroad and we were able to get our visas from their office in Germany. This was so much better than having to mail our passports back to the U.S. Thank you for a great service! We highly recommend this visa company.

Absolutely amazing customer service, so helpful, effortless on my part lol and followed through with me, answered all my questions all the way to the end.

I recently used Let's Russia to get a 3-year visa and I couldn't be more pleased. I researched this process extensively on my own and found that it is incredibly intimidating and complex. I found Let's Russia through YouTube and decided to give it a try. Vangie took great care of me. She is super responsive and answered all of my questions about the process. The whole endeavor took just a few weeks and I was so relieved and excited to finally receive my visa in the mail. Really, really excited to visit Russia for the first time and I couldn't have done it with out Let's Russia and Vangie's help. Looking forward to working with them again when it's time for another visa!

LetsRussia got me my visa in an extremely professional and fast manner. My case was more complex than most and it was handled flawlessly. I’m happy to say I now have the visa I need to visit Russia and it’s all thanks to the great folks over at LetsRussia! I couldn’t be happier.

I'm very disappointed in this company. I arranged a visit with them for Russia but when the Ukrainian war broke out I decided it was not a good time to go to Russia

I asked the company multiple times for a refund of the money I paid them to arrange a visa and they promised on multiple occasions they would send me a refund but after a year it still hasn't shown up

Every time I contacted them they were very apologetic and blamed the delay on their accounting department which I now believe was just an excuse and they never had any plans to refund my money

I would avoid having anything to do with this company

Just got back from Russia. Incredible trip all made possible by the superior service of Let’s Russia. Exceptional customer support and service. Highly knowledgeable and capable of not only putting everything together but doing so in a way that makes sense. Would not even consider using anyone else’s service in the future. Thank you Marcus. You are the MAN!

I was desperate to send funds from the UK to Russia, and everyone told me it was impossible. I found Let’s Russia and asked them to help me, and Marcus achieved the impossible… within a few minutes! Incredible service and what a lovely guy. I can’t recommend this company enough 🙏 Annabel

Can’t recommend them enough. Not only a professional and trustworthy organization but one that genuinely does and tries to do right by its clients. I have used their services for money transfers and they made something impossible and aggravating by banks easy and not stressful. Super glad I found Let’s Russia and thankful for their help and services!

I was traveling to Russia and was not prepared for the severity of the sanctions. None of my cards worked and I was forced to use my cash to pay for my hotel. This created many problems and I was going to have to change plans and sacrifice part of my vacation. Let’s Russia USA managed to get me the money I needed! Just amazing!! Thank you very much!

Trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable - Marcus is the best!! The highest recommendation!!!

Let's Russia has been a true life saver for us. One of our Russian friends fell ill. Being so far away in the US (and with sanctions), we were not sure how to help or where to turn. We found LR, and they are amazing!

They helped us find health insurance for our friend and even transfer money to pay for treatment. I am not sure where we could have turned.

LR and Marcus especially have become true friends. In these times of sanctions, anyone in the US with family or friends in Russia needs to get to know Let's Russia. We rest more easily knowing they are there.

The business letsrussia does not exist as a registered business in the United States. Do not give any of your money to this company. It's a fraud and a fake company. I lost more than 5000 USD and got nothing. Marcus is a pathological liar and there are no other employees. Be warned.

I've had a wonderful experience working with Let's Russia. Joanne kept me updated and informed about the Visa processing and was helpful answering any questions pertaining to the application. The process was easy and fast
Marcus was ready and accessible to answer questions about entering the country, registration, migration and the newly required medical examination.
Thanks for all your personable, professional and timely service.

In my work, I travel the entire world in a medical capacity.
Being in medicine, I desire precision with whom I work.
They are a very professional, yet easy going company!
I needed exact info and assistance.
And that is what I received!
I asked a lot of questions, and Marcus and his team were always patient and had all the answers.
All details were exactly spelled out for me to follow, with no grey areas.
They were very conscientious to assure I was always comfortable with the process.
You can be assured that if you choose LetsRussia to help you with their many processes, you will have a smile and feel at ease when done.
