Great service and great cocktails: thank you so much!

I ordered this cocktail set as a birthday gift. It was dispatched on time to arrive on the day I requested and the recipient was really happy with it.

Most things went well but the personal note I asked for did not seem to be there for the recipients of this gift.

Placed an order and emailed to ask when delivery would be as I had placed an order which never went through which included a request about delivery date.
Lucy responded to me in a few hours and was absolutely phenomenal. When she found out the reason behind my order, she contacted me and offered the kindest gesture. This sort of customer service is extremely rare these days and I cannot thank you enough.
Apart from this, the margaritas were PHENOMENAL! Thank you!!!

I recently ordered bottled cocktails from Letterbox for our company exhibition booth, and the entire experience was fantastic.

The Letterbox team was a pleasure to collaborate with, and they did an excellent job with our custom branding. The labels looked professional and were a major highlight of our cocktail hour, effectively drawing attention to our booth and serving as a great talking point with potential clients.

The delivery was timely, and the packaging was durable and secure, which was essential as we had to transport the boxes between several different locations.

We selected a variety—Tommy’s Margarita, Whiskey Sour, Fruity Negroni, and their non-alcoholic Old Fashioned. All of them were delicious and well-received by our guests. I highly recommend Letterbox to any business looking to elevate their corporate event with professional, branded refreshments.

Product arrived within 3 days. Lovely packaging and little card inside. Even had some dried slices of fruit to add into my drink!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Cocktails, Beautifully Presented

I recently purchased a selection of cocktails from Letterbox Cocktails for my wedding, and they were an absolute hit from start to finish.

The first thing that stood out was the packaging and branding. Everything felt premium, thoughtful, and beautifully presented. You can tell a huge amount of care has gone into every aspect of the customer experience, from the marketing right through to the product itself.

As for the cocktails, they were exceptional. The Salted Caramel Espresso Martini was rich, indulgent, and perfectly balanced, while the Mojito was incredibly fresh and refreshing. Both were absolutely divine.

What impressed me most was how quickly they disappeared! I hadn’t ordered enough for all the guests who wanted to try them, and before I knew it, people were asking if there were any left. Eight of us wanted to sample both cocktails, and unfortunately, they were gone far too quickly.

The feedback from everyone was overwhelmingly positive, and they became a real talking point during the celebrations.

I will definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend Letterbox Cocktails to anyone looking for high-quality, delicious cocktails with outstanding presentation and service.

I ordered Letterbox cocktails as a gift for my grooms party on my wedding day. We drank these together and had photos with the photographer. The cocktails themselves were delicious and went down a treat, was such a great gift idea. I ordered for a friend with allergies & they were so accommodating, they left the garnishes out to be on the safe side. My friend loved it! She said she & her kids “devoured the chocolate in minutes and she really enjoyed the cocktail”.
