My experience with Jack from Leverage Capital couldn't have been better. He was clear, concise, and thorough from our first phone call.

His expertise and experience helped me feel comfortable throughout the entire process of obtaining a home loan and he was able to leverage his connections to secure the loan at a much better rate than even the most competitive I could find, as well as have it approved in a short timeframe.

We had been looking to refinance our mortgage for a while, with so much information and different options out there is was actually overwhelming. Jack basically took all the pain out of it for us, not only did he get us the most competitive rate on the market over 4 years, but also managed all the communication and back and forth with the banks, it make the process really easy for us and got us exactly what we were looking for. We loved Jacks personal approach and the way he kept us informed at ever stage, exceeded my expectations of a broker and would recommend his services to anyone looking for a loan, it was refreshing to finally understand the complexity of borrowing money. Jack was extremely helpful and informative throughout my property buying journey. Being a first home buyer, I was anxious about getting my feet wet and Jack provided a safe place to answer all my questions no matter how silly or long-winded - whether it was deciphering bank loan terminologies or breaking the process down to more concise steps for me to understand. I cannot recommend Leverage Capital enough!! Jack went above and beyond when he was taking care of my home loan application. This is my first property and home loan and I was so nervous.
