A super store in Liffey Valley Dublin. Great service from Cillian, a young lad with a true sense of professionalism. He was helpful, chatty and respectful. You don’t find many individuals like him serving in shops- ‘old school’ high standard of interaction and respect. Well done Cillian. You are a real credit to the company. Alun

Really unhappy ordered item only to have order cancelled with no reason given.
Now I have spent all morning trying to chase customer service for my voucher refund(apparently vouchers don’t get refunded). Incidently customer service is on a premium rate phone number…

The Cinch Baggy are the best jeans, period! Designed for a woman’s body, no more gaping at the waist. Ordering online was seamless, sizes are well stocked unlike other brands where popular sizes are always out of stock, delivery was lightening fast (delivered on a Sunday, no delivery fees) and returns couldn’t be more easy!

As ever Levi 501 jeans made to last. I have been wearing 501's for as long as i can remember now and my latest purchase as i expected has kept up the high standard i have been accustomed to from Levi. Price wise i see it as a good investment for premium quality.

I was on my way to Margate, a mere 200 miles away from home as I had a funeral to attend. Half way, I realised I hadn't packed my trusty black Levi jeans! #menobrain So, I popped into Bluewater shopping centre in Kent. I headed straight for the Levi store as I KNOW my size, I know which style suits me etc. A lovely lady called Ruby offered to help me, I explained my plight and that I was in a hurry...Ruby raced around, fetching me different styles however, I chose to stick with my 724 Skinny High Waist! 🤣🙈 Poor girl had coaxed me into,"boot cut", "straight leg" and yet I chose what I knew, trusty, skinny ones!
When I got to the til I showed my Blue Light Card and was awarded 20% off but then, I gave my email address and was told I have a £30 voucher to use too! What a win! My impulse purchase of necessity, for Ann Wells MBE, 's funeral now had 50% off! I was elated, thanked Ruby and skipped off to continue my adventure to Margate!
Levi jeans have been a favourite wardrobe staple of mine since 1980's! Quality, price and customer service all rank high for me! Thank YOU Ruby at Bluewater Levis store! 👌🙏🩷

Jacket arrived damaged because it was sent in a paper bag and was left out in the rain. Their customer service line (I've phoned and emailed) has just given me the same message every time, in that my issue has been referred to another department. They come back every time (and each time takes a day for them to come back) with a very poor offer to compensate that I've had one of their expensive denim jackets drip drying on my radiator for two days. I will never, ever buy from them again.

Hi my wife visited the Levi shop in Birmingham town centre to purchase a pair of jeans and the service she received was amazing from grace which made her feel like she was a person so visited the store a week later to buy another pair and was greeted by grace saying hello again glad to have you back and recognised my wife which made her feel so happy well done grace

Received 2 T shirts as a Christmas gift but unfortunately they where too small and threw away the receipt with the wrapping paper, Levis returns policy state's that as long as the items are unworn and have all labels intact you can exchange for lager size or Receive store credit. After dealing with particularly arrogant instore staff at Cotswold retail outlet Tewkesbury and the online customer service it would seem to not be the case, dont believe their return policy statements but do believe the Trust Pilot reviews they are well earned.

This location had the 541 athletic/taper jeans you often struggle to find in store.

They were also on sale which was a bonus so on two pairs I saved about £45.

32/34 (sadly no 30/34 options) but actually with a belt I hardly notice.

Genuinely and without exception the worst customer service experience I've ever had. They list a UK phone number to contact - it doesn't work. They have a Whatsapp that's entirely controlled by AI, and leads you forever round in circles; it doesn't actually respond to your question. The final option is email - this, too, appears to be AI controlled.
I have now received several emails saying "is there anything else we can do for you?" - but at no point have they answered my original query. A real shame since the products are good quality, but there's no excuse for non-existent customer service.

I bought some Levi's instead of my usual Gap favorites thinking that the extra price and brand name Levi meant something. They literally fell apart at the seams. Buying from Levi was a waste of time, money and material.

I ordered a door mat. It was paper thing to the point it was folded up 3 times for packaging purposes. It was a cheap china rip off. They charged £45 for the product. Returned it to china and still waiting to be refunded. Stay clear

The length is ridiculously long. No options for anyone less than 6 feet tall. (Ok so I am short but taller than Tom Cruise). Also the quality was surprisingly shoddy for jeans costing nearly £100. I’d be better off at Sunspel. Ordering and delivery worked well, although packaging was pretty poor given the price. Supposed to be a premium product. The fly buttons were very thin and tinny, and the buttonholes very shoddy. Not worth the money even if they had fitted.

Placed a big order. Received the wrong item so I returned it and still got charged for returning even though it was their mistake.

arrogance, unpleasant customer service, poor quality clothes. They canceled a lot of orders.

Levi's the company that was found guilty in Belgium for discrimination in the courts of Antwerp on 17th of June 2025.

Ordered some vintage jeans and paid. At the time of ordering stock level was at 5 pairs available. Two hours later received an e-mail cancelling the order. Tried to get an explanation but only received an AI generated response. Very poor customer Service.

bad customer service and online system. on ordering and they had wiped my coins out before. signed on and order not on my account. email link did not work on order . Was told the order was on a guest account but still could not access of cancel even before an hour as system could not find order. whatsapped customer service and was told they could not cancel despite the order not dispached. Ariadna was rude and un helpful and mainly advised nothing they can do even though not dispached. still no sign of the order totally feeling scammed as payment has been paid.
