I have absolutely enjoyed my online distance learning experience with Lewis Secretarial College. I have found the lessons well presented and have been able to immediately apply the newly obtained knowledge in my daily work life. I am confident that the course has helped me to secure the position I now occupy and has helped me develop my skills along the way. The tutors that I have worked with were incredibly knowledgeable and easily contactable throughout the duration of the course.

It was a pleasure to progress with Lewis College. All teachers contribute to the serious and good humour of the company. Really beneficial !

Lewis Secretarial College is outstanding. The Medical Secretary diploma has given me all the skills and accreditation I need to move my career forward and in a completely new direction. The tutors are all excellent, very responsive and supportive at every stage. From a non-medical background I have achieved a distinction in medical terminology and this is a reflection of the standard of tuition provided. I would highly recommend this college!!

This course is fantastic for anyone in a secretarial or PA role looking to improve their skill set. Not only does it provide you with the qualifications you need to improve your prospects and CV, it also gives you some fabulous day to day tips to improve your performance in your current role. The lessons are easy to follow and the online tutors are very supportive and on hand to answer any queries or just to reassure you that you are on the right track. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I can highly recommend Lewis College after my experience with them. Simon especially has been very supportive and encouraging throughout. My advice to anyone looking at studying - just make sure you select the right course for you. I wasn't able to complete my chosen course in the time frame due to other commitments. However, I have just received my certificates for what I have done and still feel proud of what I have acheived. Thank you Penny, Simon and Rebecca.

always helping out and friendly staff., very useful units I can recommend

This course has been fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking the about a career in Admin. The course material was brilliant, could give to a complete novice. The instruction and assessments were easy to follow and to complete. The tutor support was outstanding 10 out of 10... always there when you needed them. I also felt like I knew the tutors even though I am 100+ miles away from them.

Would definitely think about the Level 3 course or I would come back due to the amount of courses they have on offer.

Lewis College are AMAZING! The Tutors are fabulous, helpful and are always there when you need them. Even though you do your coursework and exams online - you feel as though you know your tutors very well and have 100% support throughout the year. I would definitely recommend this college and have enjoyed completing my course.

I found the tutors were efficient and professional, extremely helpful at anytime when help was needed. They were also very quick to respond once work had been submitted. Very honest and providing relevant information to assist with the course work.

This was one of the most enjoyable courses that I have completed and I believe this to be because of the excellent tutors that were always there at the end of an email.

I have been with this College for almost 2 years and I couldn't be happier with the support, feedback and education I have received from them.

Each tutor is just as amazing as the other, they care about you as an individual as well as your education. There is always support and a fast response to emails.

I am so happy I chose to pursue my dream with this amazing College, I couldn't recommend them enough. If you are looking for a College that will help you and motivate you this is it!

I have recently done an Executive Secretarial Diploma with the college and I have secured a new job as a PA. The course is suitable for those with or without experience, the concepts are easy to read and follow even if English is not your first language. I truly recommend it!!

A very interesting course, expect to learn a lot. The tutors are very friendly and supportive and the content goes into great detail and the modules are challenging. Only 4 stars as I feel some of the content needs to be updated but other than that no other problems, it was a great learning experience.

I took the course to update the skills I learnt at college some 25 years ago (as you can image, a lot has changed!). I had excellent communication throughout the course from the tutors. They were very patient with me and supportive. I enjoyed all of the modules. I would have no reservations with recommending this course to other PAs/EAs. The only issue was my own personal time management - trying to find the time to get the work completed each week was easier said than done! Having the qualification has just helped me to get a promotion too :-)

Highly recommend Lewis Secretarial College. I like that I can study when I am free from work as I am working full time and I can study at home instead of travelling somewhere. I love it! Simon, Penny and Rebecca are very supportive during the course. I am very happy with my choice to study from home online. English is not my first language but I had no problems at all.

I chose to study with Lewis Secretarial College after seeing positive feedback on Trustpilot and the flexible payment options on offer made it affordable for me.

The course is in depth and I found that the assignments and assessments were designed to make you think about each section of the unit, which was instrumental in helping me to fully grasp each module.

I was able to implement the lessons and soft skills within the working environment right away from dealing with difficult people, reframing techniques and managing stress.

The textbooks included were very useful- I will continue to refer to them going forward.

The course takes 24 months to complete and you will normally be able to complete it within less time but Penny factored in additional time for
those moments in life that sidetrack and prevent you from focusing on college work.

My tutors, Penny Lewis and Simon Scaysbrook, were helpful and responded to my emails quickly. I found that their emails were thorough and easy to follow- true professionals in every sense of the word.

I am glad that I made the decision to study with Lewis, no other distance learning provider will equip you with the skills that you need to advance in Administrative support.

The courses are well organised, the tutors are providing an excellent support and the modules' level is perfectly adapted to the end result.

It always seems tricky to choose the right online course, especially when provided in a language which is not your mother tongue, but I would sincerely recommend Lewis Secretarial College to anyone.
