Have to Chase Down Orders
So, while I really like the canvas roll products that are sold by LexJet, too often, I am required to follow up on my orders, as they can sit in the "processing" mode for longer than should be for instock items. There is not the company generated contact that there should be, indicating order status. Frustrating.

Easy order/Fast shipping
So, so, so easy to order, and I usually get what I ordered the next day. I mostly work on a very tight timeline, LexJet makes it so that I rarely run out of supplies.
