I had an awful experience with Leyifan/Rakufun. They removed my box without my permission, and there was no option to keep my boxes unchanged. It’s ridiculous that customers can’t control their own packages! I trusted them to handle my shipment properly, but they went ahead and changed things on their own.

I woke up this morning to unauthorized charges on my debit card. I don’t even know who or what this company is. I had to Google it. I don’t know how they got my card number. Scam alert!!!! I would not use this company for anything if I were anybody. They might rip you off too.

It has been several months, we tried them again and we regret doing so.

The shipments is now outrageously overpriced for what they provide. The service is terrible, they charge you on everything you ask them to do and make up lots of excuses.

Their system is outdated, not compatible with major shipping companies requirements for filling in item details.

Very overpriced for UK, would avoid at all cost!

Customer service will straight up lie to you. I asked if they could do a specific thing multiple times before using their service and they always said yes. But after they have my package there, they tell me they can't do it and now I have to pay to separate the packages again and have the items returned. Avoid them at all costs, you will likely waste your money.

Bad experience. They put masking tape directly on all my figurine boxes, which caused damage when peeling it off. The masking tape also left a very strong residue that can never be cleaned. I paid extra to have them bubble wrap my items, but they ended up destroying them.

When I reached out to customer service, they denied it without even checking with their staff and kept asking for a video. I had provided them with enough photos as evidence, but they were still not willing to investigate.

I asked if they would compensate once I sent the video, but they didn't answer and just asked for the video again. Given their attitude, it seems pointless to pursue compensation.

I initially wanted to ask them to be more careful with future orders, but it’s obvious that this company will not take responsibility for damaged goods. Beware.

Package arrived undamaged via surface mail and passed customs without being taxed, so I'm pleased with the experience overall. You gotta pay extra for them to use a new box to pack your stuff, and another 300y for bubble wrap protection on the exterior of the box, which is a bit costly, but better safe than sorry I guess.

Do not use this company. They sent me all my items broken and damaged. The box was torn open and everything was flying around inside. When I sent them a message stating what happened they said that was my fault because I did not apply for extra packaging services. I did not realize that extra services were necessary, and that, without the use of these, you should expect your items to arrive damaged. Many communications later, the company refused to help and were very stubborn in stating that it is not their responsibility. A terrible experience overall.

I bought a case for my new iPhone and unfortunately was sent the incorrect one. After contact with the seller through Amazon, I was refunded the cost and issued the correct one free gratis. It was a pleasure to deal with this company, I will be back.

I used Zenmarket and Leyifan at the same time to check who is the best valuable one; i received my package from Zen after 9 days with a good price.
i have never seen my shipment that has been shipped through Leyifan ( it has been 3 months right now, i used the EMS and paid for the fast delivery)

This company provides some good services but it became super slow recently. I and my friends have been waiting for at least 4 days to get a reply. The packages are just storing and not shipping. It's very sad and frustrating.
