Wonderful owner, who is very helpful providing the right details. First time I came in, it was like coming into a room full of happiness. What every company should to to give a first good impression, which you don't have to tell this girls.

Had a lovely experience with amazing workers. Thanks to their female only staff and work environment, I was very comfortable to try on different dresses and I found the most perfect dress for my cousins wedding🥰

Ik ben super tevreden met mijn jurken van Leynadresses. Ik ben hartstikke goed geholpen met het maken van een keue voor een jurk. De jurk is prachtig, van goede kwaliteit en zit perfect. Zeler een aanrader.

En général je mets du 38 suivant les avis jai pris du 40.
Une fois arrivée le vêtement était tellement petit qu'il n'entrait pas sur moi
Jai donc demandé un retour j'ai payé 12€ pour cela une fois qu'ils ont reçu l'article ils ont dit qu'ils ne font pas de remboursement et qu'ils ont transformé mon argent en coupon pour que je puisse recommander chez eux quand je veux.
Je trouve cela absurde de vouloir forcer les gens a payer .s'ils ont pas assez de clients ils ont qu'à fermer ai lieu de chercher a escroquer les gens.

J’ai commende deux robes pour mon mariage chez LeynaDress, elles ont été livrée en France ultra rapidement, les robes sont d’extrêmement bonne qualité, je les garde précisément afin de pouvoir les remette un jour. Tous mes invités m’ont complimenter, j’étais vraiment la plus belle !!

Very disappointing experience – dress arrived damaged

I ordered a dress from Leyna Dresses on 17 July because I needed it for an event on 1 August.

The delivery took so long that I only received the dress the day before my event. This already meant that I had no time to have the dress shortened, even though it was too long.

Unfortunately, things got even worse when I opened the package. The zipper was broken and the inner lining had several visible stains. I have photos documenting both issues.

Since my event was the following day, I had no option to return the dress and wait for a replacement. I therefore had to urgently pay to have the zipper repaired so that I could wear the dress at all.

I contacted Leyna Dresses and provided photos of the defects. Their response was that they record their packing process and therefore claim that the dress was not sent in this condition. They even suggested that the dress may have been worn before the photos were taken. They refused to reimburse the repair costs or offer any compensation.

I find this extremely disappointing customer service. I received an expensive dress that was damaged and stained, provided photographic evidence, and instead of trying to resolve the issue, the company refused to take responsibility.

I have now asked them to provide the video evidence they claim proves that my specific dress was inspected and packed without these defects.

Based on my experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend Leyna Dresses.

Men are not allowed despite only being allowed in the store by appointment. Absolutely ridiculous.

Beste en ontzettend lief

Super fijne ervaring gehad bij Leyna’s dresses. De dames zijn super aardig en de jurken zijn van mooie kwaliteit. Ik heb zelfs 2 jurken gescoord voor mijn gemeentelijke trouw, ik zou niet twijfelen maar gewoon een afspraak maken bij Leyna’s dresses <3

Made a appointment and i had a very nice experience. People know your privacy and ask if you need help. The dresses are very beautiful.

Super behulpzaam en lief geholpen, en echt een prachtige jurk kunnen vinden.

Op instagram lijkt het veel belovend maar in realiteit is het verre van. De locatie zelf is heel karig. De jurken zijn van slechte kwaliteit, de locatie zelf heeft geen paskamer maar een doorzichtig linnen gordijntje en de eigenaresse wil je haast niet de kleding overhandigen uit angst dat jij het gaat scheuren. Ze wil perse mee in het omkleed proces hierdoor. Ook de hakken die ze ernaast hebben om te passen zijn gescheurd en de locatie is een en al “gebruikt”. Het zag er niet goed uit. Alle jurken hebben ook andere labels en de maten kloppen voor geen meter. De eigenaresse weet ook niet waar ze het over heeft. Zonde. Mooi beeld geschetst op sociale media maar helaas heeft zij dat niet kunnen waarmaken! Grote afrader.

Vorsicht beim Bestellen ‼️‼️Würde nie wieder da bestellen das kleid kam an und es war mir zu klein hab es direkt wieder zurückgeschickt bis heute keine Gutschrift und kein Geld erhalten , kundenservice ist ne katastrophe hab den 2 Mails geschrieben auch keine Antwort bekommen meine Bank weiß bescheid und holt sich das geld zurück da ihr selbst nicht mal an eute richtlinien halten könnt

I ordered two beautiful dresses and I am more than happy with the Design, the Quality and the Service Leyna dresses gave me. I had a Problem with my First order and it did Not Take them 10 min to solve my Problem. I will Order more dresses in the Future. So happy to finally finding a Store with beautiful dresses that is so easy to Order from.
