Libsyn Podcast Hosting レビュー

So many errors.... it gets worse and worse with every update they make.

You delete episodes, but they do not delete the files, you try to delete one file and then it is still there...

plus, it makes it difficult and time consuming to upload and edit episode details, with multiple steps, hitting save to go to the next page, while it used to be just one page with all info, like all other podcast hosting platforms.

can't recommend it compared to other options out there

Libsyn have been a reliable hosting service for twelve of my fourteen years in podcasting, and their help desk have been quick and on the ball when I needed them.
The recent announcement that they're upping the hosting fees by fifty percent to pay for a load of additional services I never asked for and am not going to use sees me ending our association.

Using the Libsyn podcast website is easy and intuitive. And I appreciate the (?) bubbles that I can click on to get immediate understanding about each section. The data is great, tool

Have been with Libsyn since 2005. Love them and I, a disabled veteran, can afford them. Currently host three podcasts with them and they are the only host I have recommended in my latest edition of my book on podcasting.

Libsyn is easy to use and has set me up for successful.

Fast response. My service request was fixed on the first inquiry.

I was very pleased with the quick response and resolution of my YouTube upload issue. Thank you!

Rich was very attentive to my request and was able to help me set up my account with Libsyn. Great customer support!

Super prompt, generous & professional customer service! Rarely experienced anywhere else. So great, thank you for quick attention & kind response! Above and beyond!

Top notch customer support. Chris provided very timely support and simplified the solution for me. This is the second time I've accessed customer support and they have been great both times. Very responsive.

In today's world for most companies, customer support can be a black hole and a worthless waist of time. Not so as Libsyn. I really appreciate the responsive and knowledgeable help Libsyn provides. Huge value in today's online world.

Prompt and supportive response. Have found Libsyn to be amazing hosting my podcast for many years.

People always make great effort to be helpful and provide support. I am new to podcasting but so far has been excellent experience. Great value.

Instant friendly response...

I'm new to podcasting, but Lybsyn makes it easy. The quality of sound, ease of use, and great support!

Rich took care of my problem immediately.

Excellent, efficient and personable staff on Libsyn.

Fast, effective resolution.

I've been with Libsyn for nearly 9 years, almost never an issue and, when there was one, it was super easy to get ahold of a human to sort it out. Can't say enough good things about them.

A real exchange with a real person. The response I received was quick, specific, and very helpful. I wasn't just directed (by a bot) to a series of FAQ pages to read. Instead, my specific question was addressed. When I asked a followup question, that also received a response very quickly. Honestly, I was shocked at how un-frustrated I was with the help process!
