Libsyn Podcast Hosting レビュー

Libsyn is inexpensive and reliable. Been using it for other people's podcasts for years and just started my own with it. Highly recommend.

Libsyn took the time to track down the issue for me and brought it to a quick resolution.

Not only did they answer my question, but they gave me an explanation and a link to see the success. To me, that is not only serving the customer , but also educating while being thoughtful!

I have used Libsyn for many years and have never had a single problem. Any time I needed assistance the staff went beyond helpful to take care of my concerns.

Small price, downloads are shown immedately. Publishing is easy.

Response time was quick and Chris was able to correct the billing issue with no problems.

Solved my problem with 24 hours. Thanks!

I've never done anything like a podcast before... But I have one now! Libsyn must be doing something right if a technologically-deficient person like myself can get 'er done!

This is the best customer service I have ever had. They respond quickly and take the time to educate you so you can learn how to do it yourself!!

Outstanding!!

EVERYTHING about customer service with Libsyn is FIRST CLASS!

I received very quick and helpful assistance from Rich! Thanks so much!

Overall it has been great, some parts of creating a podcast are very confusing. Particularly publishing it to other sites!

Such a great company to host your podcast - we have been a client for several years and have referred others to this great platform - they make posting to all the other sites so much easier!!! You’re going to love it!

Customer support was excellent. Chris was very prompt in addressing our problem and solving it (we had an old account that we had forgotten about and was no longer accessible to us, but we were still paying for it). He found the account, canceled it, and refunded the last payment.

Very professional and really concerned about resolving my problem... It is greatly appreciated...

Easy to upload/publish. On the negative side: no 2-factor Authentication for the the account.

Transitioning my show with a new title and brand, I chose to edit my entire list of 83 episodes with new art and audio uploads. This process created challenges that was smoothed out with support from Chris, and again with Rich.
Since most of my content is timeless information, and relevant to educate my clients, it was imperative that I updated past episodes to reflect the new brand. I minimized my categories and included the draw to the show in the new title. Episode numbers referenced in several former and upcoming episodes to encourage the audience to listen to more than just the newly released episode. I am deeply grateful for the support and love Libsyn! Cheers to a new year and lots of fun in 2024! Judy Casad, Host of Homeowner's Best Moves

Emilio was amazing. He stuck with me every step of the way until we resolved the issue of Apple iTunes not propagating correctly. I felt like he went above and beyond in his customer service. Very happy with this company.

Fast and great help. I was pleasantly surprised.
