They sent wrong sizes. Told me to ship back to them and they would refund minus the shipping, Send all the way back overseas and me pay shipping when it was their error. Clothing quality is awful so guess I’m stuck. They won’t respond to my emails now that I questioned why I have to pay for shipping when it was their error. Don’t order from this place. Not sure if it’s a scam but not good business practices.

Soooo disappointed! The dresses I ordered are nothing like what they appeared as on website. Cheap, cheap, cheap. The seams are all frayed and the material is dreadful. Took 3 months to arrive and I'm now desperately trying to get an address to send my items back and get a full refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This website sell counterfeit clothes. The quality is what you'd expect from a cheap Chinese eBay site. Was expensive too. Claiming through PayPal. Update: I did an item not as described claim and sent side by side pics of the item on the website and what I got. Licala emailed me and asked me to cancel it! I said yes once you send me a refund. The sound of crickets followed. They didn't respond to PayPal so I got my money back so people please try via PayPal.

What I did was called my bank and mention that this company was a fraudulent and they returned the amount back to my account in a few weeks. Worth the try for company that try to be something else.

took 2 monthws to get the product and it looked nothing like what I purchased online. Horrible quality

I received a dress that was low quality and not what it was depicted in the picture of the website that by the way is gone. Never trust that company again and never get anything from them!!! Maybe the dress was 3 usd to produce it and sold to 50 usd. Very disappointing. And plus it took over two months to get it.

I finally received my order after 5 weeks. I had ordered a S which seems to be a XXXS, which could be a dress for a 10 year old. They won't allow exchanges and no refund unless it is defective.
I am very disappointed.

This website seems to be a scam. They don't reply to emails and it has been a month and I have not received any thing. I just called my credit company to dispute the charge

Like a previous review I placed an order on May 10th. Nothing. Sent email no response. They posted paypal shipping info but when I search on tracking number thru DHL, UPS and Fedex there are no matches. I've sent 2 emails to company and today sent resolution notice to paypal. I guess I should have looked up company before I placed order. Will do so in the future.

I placed a order with Licala in the 9th May. It said delivery was 2-3 weeks. On the 23rd I asked for an update as had no notification or dispatch. They replied to day they had too many orders and hadn’t yet dealt with it and also could t give me a date. One of the items was a birthday gift so I asked them to cancel the order and refund. They asked for a 10% inconvenience fee, for what I am not sure as hadn’t done anything with order. Just wanting it sorted I agreed. This was 27th of May. I have chased the refund and was offered $5 to keep the order so not processed. I refused ..... still no refund.

I have approached PayPal to help rectify the situation and they still have not had a response.
