When I bought the Bitdefender program

When I bought the Bitdefender program, there was an error during the download. Then you download the free version and even though you have a license, you cannot register it. The whole thing has been going on for over a week. Therefore, I would like to cancel the matter.

actually, we are the Distributor for the Middle East. you purchased Middle East license codes as we mentioned and it's visible the key is for Middle Eastern countries only and want to activate in Europe. it's not legal according to Copywrite. I want to help you to solve the problem by negotiating with the vendor. but you didn't answer me at all.
