I needed 1 screen image for my wife having friends over for a spa evening. Nice image just thought $19 was expensive for 1 image. Not really a problem as i did not have to purchase it. I get that.

Absolutely phenomenal product. Looks amazing. I use it on all my TVs and monitors. It turns idle time into something amazing and relaxing to see. Top notch and I am so glad I found you.

End good, all good.

Because I initially did not receive my order, I posted a negative review.
This was followed by an immediate response from Uscenes which resolved the issue.
Despite it taking 8 days to recieve my order, I'm still giving a positive review. The screen saver works and looks good.

Thank you for updating your review — I appreciate you coming back to do that.

Just to clarify for anyone reading: the delay was caused by a temporary website issue affecting one specific product type, not our normal delivery process. As soon as we became aware of it, the issue was resolved and the order completed immediately.

We’re in the process of moving away from the old setup so this can’t happen again. I’m glad the screensaver works well and that everything ended positively.

The video was worth the price

The video was well worth the price. Unfortuately, I was unable to use it. I wasn't aware that some TV's i.e.
"Rocu" (TCL). would not accept it. I was doing this for a private group, and the television was already provided. There was a wireless "SuperBox" connected, and although the video "icon" showed in the SuperBox queue. it would not allow it to play. Usually, I always pre-check my set-ups before hand, but on this occasion, I allowed someone else to "assure" the set-up. At least, I know to do a pre-check before setting up this type of presentation.

Hi George. Thanks for the review. Glad you like it. I hope you aren't just seeing a photo? If so please get in touch and we will help fix it. The "image" is a video of our old aquarium. We don't sell that many hence the $19, which we know seems a lot when DVDs were usually cheaper.

Please bear in mind that this aquarium cost Mike around $14k to make and $6k to maintain. I looked after it once while he was away and it had loads of stuff under and big barrels in the wall behind.

He probably still hasn't made his money back, but that's OK as it was for him and his kids. The point is that we are just a small company, with not many sales, but we filmed some great aquariums and visited other locations especially to film. I recall pouring with sweat at some of the sunny places with a towel on my head and an umbrella to protect from the sun.

Most Uscenes 4K videos are even more at $23. It isn't just the aquarium. We also had a lot invested in cameras. We sell the Windows screensavers cheap for $5 and make almost nothing. We have done sales too, nothing. I wanted to upgrade cameras for HDR and then 8K, but we just don't sell enough.

But every Christmas we use the same fireplace video. Hopefully you will find you get repeat use from your virtual aquarium. In the long run you might then see the value from a different perspective.

If there is any issue just let us know. I always try and make customers happy and almost always fix any problems. You have a valid point and if it's not already on the product page, I will link to our longer version of this video now.
