Just got my 3 cases that i bought from LIFELYCASE after 2 weeks+.
NOT VALUE FOR MONEY!!! PLEASE EXPECT 2 WEEKS+ DELIVERY!! I think I would buy from SHEIN or somewhere else for the same quality and fracture of the money.

I ordered from lifelycase and immediately messaged them to cancel the order. Their chat support was completely unattended — no reply, no acknowledgment, nothing. A full day later, someone finally responded saying my order had been canceled, but there is still no update in the system and absolutely no email confirmation.

It feels incredibly unprofessional. If an order is canceled, customers should receive clear communication and a proper record of it. Instead, I’m left with no proof, no follow-up, and a customer support system that looks like it’s running on autopilot.

Between the slow, unreliable communication and the lack of any official cancellation confirmation, I would strongly advise others to avoid lifelycase. This is not how a trustworthy company operates.

EDIT : After a second attempt, they have canceled and refunded my order.
