I’ve been using Nuud for a while now…

I’ve been using Nuud for a while now and I’m honestly impressed. It’s very different from typical deodorants — no strong fragrance, no daily application, and it still keeps body odour under control for days. A small amount goes a long way, and the formula feels gentle on the skin, even after shaving.

It took me a few tries to figure out the right amount to use, but once I did, it worked really well and felt much more natural than standard deodorants. If you’re looking for something minimal, low-maintenance, and without heavy perfumes, Nuud is definitely worth trying.

Non existent customer supoport!

Non existent customer supoport!

I placed an order on the 28th of December at 20.42GMT
At 21.10GMT sent an email asking for cancelation of the order.
At 21.19GMT I opened a ticket asking to cancel the order.

This morning at 08.46GMT the order has been shipped, with tracking number not existent !!!!

Since refunds are processed on business days, we handled it for you today (Monday). The refund has already been issued back to your original payment account. Hope this information is helpful to you.

Awful Service & Non-existent Support


I ordered from lifelycase and immediately messaged them to cancel the order. Their chat support was completely unattended — no reply, no acknowledgment, nothing. A full day later, someone finally responded saying my order had been canceled, but there is still no update in the system and absolutely no email confirmation.

It feels incredibly unprofessional. If an order is canceled, customers should receive clear communication and a proper record of it. Instead, I’m left with no proof, no follow-up, and a customer support system that looks like it’s running on autopilot.

Between the slow, unreliable communication and the lack of any official cancellation confirmation, I would strongly advise others to avoid lifelycase. This is not how a trustworthy company operates.

EDIT : After a second attempt, they have canceled and refunded my order.

I couldn’t be happier with my Tuscany Leather Sella shoulder bag in Cognac. The craftsmanship is exceptional — the leather is rich, smooth, and has that beautiful high-quality finish Tuscany Leather is known for. The Cognac colour is warm, elegant, and pairs effortlessly with everything.

The size is perfect for everyday use: spacious enough for all my essentials without feeling bulky. The structure of the bag holds its shape beautifully, and the stitching and hardware feel solid and premium. It’s one of those pieces that looks even better in person and will clearly age gracefully.

It’s comfortable to wear, incredibly stylish, and I’ve already received so many compliments. If you’re looking for a timeless, classy, and well-made leather shoulder bag, this one is an absolute winner. Highly recommend!

No customer support

I contacted MOBROG and since Wednesday 6th of August, I’m still waiting for a response. Disappointing communication and slow customer service.

EDIT

I've just received a reply accusing me that I'm using a VPN, which I do not!
I've been a long time user, always using the PayPal payouts and never had an issue. From the moment they changed the rewards via Tremendous things are going haywire! Avoid.

Not happy

I’ve been using Mobrog for a while, but recently they cancelled two of my latest €5.00 PayPal payouts without any explanation. The money simply disappeared from the pending transactions, and there’s no clear way to contact their support team.

This is very frustrating and makes me question the reliability of the platform. If you value your time and expect to actually get paid for your surveys, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

PayPal rewards

I have been waiting over a month for 2 PayPal rewards. I have been in touch and no updates were given, just apologies and encouragement to select a different rewards method.
Also I have a survey pending and when I click on it I'm getting error we have run out of surveys and the one survey is still showing.

Will not order again

We ordered a football jersey as a Christmas present on the 30th of November. Today, 12th of December we enquiried as of the delay of the item. 7th of December would be "the latest" arrival.
We checked the expected item and it was in "Received" status and after we chatted with the support, the order canceled this instance!!!
We are left emptied handed for a child's Christmas present !
Not the service we were expecting!
