Weâre sorry to hear that youâre not satisfied with the work we did for you.
As you know, you contacted us to add a member to your cash plan policy after the insurerâs cutoff date of January 15th. Saif very patiently explained that you had missed the cut off date but that he would do his best to get the member backdated with the insurer.
Unfortunately, the Cash Plan admin is often very slow, so it was 3 weeks before they picked up the request. Saif then engaged in a lot of time-consuming back and forth with the insurer, which he communicated with you. They ultimately said that they couldnât backdate it to January â a decision out of our control. After even more work from Saif, they eventually agreed to backdate the member from February, the next best thing.
Saif put a lot of hard work into your case and weâre very sorry to hear that youâre disappointed with your experience. Especially considering you have left us a glowing 5* review on Google previously beginning with the sentence: âLifepoint are extremely trustworthy and act in a client's best interest, not their own.â
