I have wanted to come on a liferight retreat ever since I first met Lilly in clinic. I’m so glad I did! The retreat is for mind body and soul. I really enjoyed the mix of treatments I had, from reiki healing to targeted massage and in-depth 1-1 therapy from Lilly where for me she helped move old bad memories which were no longer serving me and holding me back. Lilly is the most knowledgeable psychotherapist I have ever met- she will exceed your expectations. The environment is the perfect setting to sooth you and I personally I loved the spiritual side of this retreat. The food was amazing and I wasn’t hungry once but managed to lose weight, which was a bonus and not my intention for going. I met some amazing inspiring people and I will be honest this is out of my comfort zone but I throw myself in and got so much and more from this experience . It's hard to put into words how truly outstanding this retreat was. From the food, to the fellow retreaters, the accommodation, the surroundings, the team, Lilly, Richie... the list goes on. From the deepest part of my heart, I am so grateful for the opportunity to have experienced this! If you are looking for a complete rejuvenation this retreat will give you just that and more. Worth every penny and more. Truly life changing.

Just returned from a 4 day retreat in Portugal. Outstanding facilities, food, treatments and workshops. I learnt so much about me and my health to make improvements and de-stress. Lily, Richie and the whole team were incredible, was apprehensive about going but they put me at ease and everything was organised to perfection. Make some friends for life as well which is a bonus, everyone supporting and motivating each other. Cant thank you enough, it was life changing. x

It's hard to put into words how special a Life Right Retreat is. There really isn't anything else out there like this. A programme specifically designed for you on an emotional, spiritual and nutritional level. I am so grateful to have Lilly in my life. She works her science backed magic on you while delivering endless knowledge bombs and always makes you feel so safe and secure!! She brings out the best of you!

From the initial contact with Richie and Lilly I knew that this retreat would be special and would offer me the help that I needed. However, I never imagined that I would see a change in myself from the first day and continue to build on that, even now I have returned home.
The whole retreat is completely bespoke and holistic with every detail planned to perfection. All the staff, without exception, exude warmth and gentleness, meaning that the retreaters feel respected and cared for 24 hours a day.
The venue is perfect and the food delicious (I was never hungry once!). All the therapists are very skilled and Lilly is the most extraordinary, nurturing, intuitive and knowledgeable person I have ever met.
Add to this a huge amount of fun, laughter, sunshine and meditation on a beautiful beach at sunset, what more could you ask for?!
I have come away feeling healthier and with a whole new tool box of strategies, a better understanding of my behaviours and new friends.

I recently went on the retreat to Portugal which was recommended to me through a family member.
It was unbelievably professional from start to finish. I didn't have to worry about a thing. They made it so easy. Every detail was thought out. There were online sessions with Lilly before the retreat started so the 6 day retreat was exactly tailored to suit me. I feel like a new person and intend to follow a new regime with the help of everything I've learnt.

I am so delighted that I took that first step to improve my mental and physical well-being. It was an incredible journey of discovery and rehabilitation. That said, everyone’s experience will be different as the programme is tailor-made to meet individuals needs.
When I booked the retreat I didn’t know what to expect but because I was floundering and couldn’t see a pathway for my future, I embraced everything that was on offer. I feel quite emotional saying this, but the retreat has re built me. I feel I am becoming the person I should be. I feel energised, determined and revitalised. Everyone that forms part of the LifeRight team are exceptional.
If you are serious about finding yourself or just need a total detox from life and the pressures that you are facing; then go with an open mind, try everything and fully embrace the programme.

The communication from start to finish was first class. The retreat itself while intense was exactly what I needed, it looked after my mental and physical health and I left feeling the best I've felt in years. This isn't a luxury pampering experience, it's a transformational journey, with lovely treatments and food.

6 weeks ago my anxiety, once again, came to a head and I realised I needed to do something significant to make lasting changes in my life. I have been in and out of treatment with the NHS for the last 4 years and it has always just felt like a sticking plaster over more deep rooted issues.

After some googling I came across the LifeRight Retreat and found there was a retreat starting within a few weeks, fate! The application process was quick and Richie was in touch with me straight away to talk through the details and put my mind at rest as although it looked amazing my anxious brain was going all out with the 'what ifs' and doubts.

The whole person approach gets you focusing on you. Not once during the 6 days was my anxiety the focus of attention and this approach helped me significantly in changing my mindset. Everything is carefully tailored to your specific needs, and the blend of neuromuscular sessions, psychotherapy, reflexology, yoga, meditation all complimented each other and helped things fall into place.

I left with a wide range of meaningful tools to manage my anxiety at my disposal, meal plans, recipes, a support network and friends. It has now been a week since leaving and I have been able to practice what I learnt in the real world and it has made a massive difference. I am calmer, less anxious and most importantly kinder to myself. If you have any doubts about booking on I hope this review helps you with your decision. It will change your life!

I can't express in words how I feel after returning from a recent Wellness Retreat with Life Right.
I am calmer, less anxious and even my autistic meltdowns are easier to manage now.

Had a wonderful time at retreat recently. The treatments were amazing, never felt this good before. The meals were delicious and very filling. I'm so glad I found it. Would definitely recommend and will attend others. Fan for life.

Words cannot say how much I enjoyed my week on the Life Right wellbeing retreat. My sessions with Lilly helped me so much, all the treatments I had were brilliant. The food was fabulous as was the venue.
I would very highly recommend going. Richie took great care of us all and we had so much fun. All in all 5 stars for every aspect of the retreat. I’m going again in 2023.

Just returned, wow it was one of the best experiences of my life. The bubble of not being in contact with the outside world brilliant. I was exhausted so needed some TLC, came away rejuvenated. Go open minded and explore the journey of you, try everything, the more you put in, the more you get out of it. Lilly and her team are absolutely amazing and nothing could be better. Everything I imagined it could be and more. The retreat was the complete package when it comes to health and wellbeing - Mind, body and spirit.
The villa was beautiful, the treatments were incredible and the food, delicious. I came away with tools that I can use for life to help with my mindset and can't thank Lilly and Richie enough for what can only be described as a life changing experience

I went on this wonderful life right retreat to sort things out. And wow did it do just that a whole lot more besides.I have not blinked my left eye for 42 yrs, my miracle is that i now can. i had black spots on my legs half size of a hand, they have now gone. They totally sorted everything out for me plus so much more. Lilly and Richie are the most supporting and understanding people i know. Its the best place on earth to help with so many different things. From mind problems to physical problems. I am back to being me. Confident and happy like i used to be. When i arrived i was on the floor. If you need help in any area i cannot recommend enough how fantastic this is. Plus i have made so many friends. An amazing journey, that i never thought possible. Miracles do happen :)
